is there anything you can divulge that gives you optimism? Balanced views are always welcome.

The reason why I ask is that this is starting to feel like Sirius all over again (yes smaller scale). They tried raise after raise, cap in hand to Government and then when no where left to turn Anglo American offer a crumb and buy them. Shareholders were shafted big time.

With all the mistakes that LR has made over the years in respect of finance/business decisions and not geology. Is there any governance in place with regards to the JV/selling of Toral? Can LR/BOD just sign off on a deal or does it need to be approved by the share holders?

Lets not start the personal replies again please. We have focus and a BB that's in a far better place than its been for a long time. Our focus should be on LR and the BOD not each other.

Teaye, I see that facts everyday 5p and more shares in circulation. Any other facts don't mean squat.

I still believe a change in the BOD will be positive. The Total asset is hopefully good based on feedback this weekend. Changing the BOD doesn't change the asset but it could get us a better sale price. A change in BOD will create confidence and fresh hope. I think the argument for keeping the BOD for stability doesn't wash, if anything it reduces confidence in the market based on past performance.

In fact the only time I would top up if we become a AIM rule 15 cash shell. I would have more confidence then on getting a return on my investment.

I'm really shocked that people are going to top up. I really hope it pays off for you but to me it's like throwing your money on the fire. I can see this being sub 2p by Q2 2022 unless we get a new CEO with experience. I'm like Bricks if I get anyway near break even I'm running. If not I'll risk RTO next year.

Hi scheds, were your enquiries with LR? Do you know why the deal bit the dust? I only ask as what makes you think this current board can get a deal over the line when they failed the first time? It's always harder to seal a deal after a failed one.

Hi Teaye, hope LR responds to your request but I think the majority of posters have completed their proxy votes and made up their minds. Will it be enough to get LR removed? I doubt it but I'm hoping our voices are heard for once.

If LR keeps his post and doesn't change I stick by my predictions of money drying up by the summer and we become a cash shell for RTO. Only my opinion.

Teaye, we are all entitled to an opinion and it’s fine. 99% on here probably disagree with you and want LR out. I think a new CEO to run EUZ would be positive. I would also keep LR on as Head of Geology but remove him from the board completely.

I also think the relationship with the folks at Toral would probably improve with someone who has some business acumen. I understand people are scared of change but sometimes you need to embrace it.
