Good move Highside. I'm going to hold and sit back and set my buy limit to 2p which I'm sure will kick in in 2022 Q2 when IMHO the money will be drying up and AIM Cash Shell time. Hopefully as Boris Johnson is such a fan of Pepper Pig the next big children's production TV company will RTO and EUZ will become PP2 lol.

2) Installing updates "NEW BOD" please wait.

I think this is Chri5p getting the big spoon out to do some s*** stirring. Highside/Bricks don't raise to it, we need to stick together, we all have a common goal here. The BB has been good lately.

You will be very disappointed when it runs out in less than 6 months as the majority think so on this board. This is why the JV/sale needs to happen sooner rather than later.

Agree MM I think 6 months at a push before the tank is empty, unless Toral is sold/JV'd. We definitely need some visibility of a plan with costings at the AGM. The plan needs to be transparent and viable and not "well if we". Without it I can see 1st Dec lots of retail investors panicking and hitting the sell button.

I just hope LR and the BOD realise what's hanging on this AGM. Does anyone know if it's going to be recorded or webcast or is it behind closed doors?

Sorry forgot to put that I think 1) is unlikely and 2) is the probable.

Hey Scheds, all good here and hope all is good with you. I'm hanging in for different reasons as I mentioned yesterday:

I'm looking at two strategies:

1) Hold at my current losses to see if the PFS is pulled out of the bag and the sale/JV occurs. Hopefully damage limitation and the SP raises enough for me to sell and break even.
2) Set a buy limit threshold of 1.25p and load up for RTO if 1) fails.

Newbie642, You should read Highside's post from Tues 09:18 which hits the nail on the head. LR doesn't need our support and he's probably not bothered in the slightest about our views and concerns. The old LTH services are no longer required and in most cases except the optimistic few that can be counted on 3 fingers will no longer part with their cash to fund LR's pipedreams. However new investors will be tempted to get in at what they think are low prices on the dream of a "Value Event" and that Toral will make it one day.

LR's has emptied his bin of old LTH and shredded us. His bin is now empty and ready for the new investors to fill it up once again. Personally I think it will get half full before the lid is put on the bin and we RTO.

Tumbleweed until next Tuesday and fingers at the ready to buy or sell depending on the outcome of the resolutions and LR's replies to the questions put forward.

Personally I don't think we will get straight forward answers to the questions put forward. It will be like watching Wednesday's PMQ's in parliament.

it's just my personal thoughts based on patterns I've seen in other stocks. As many posts on here show there are real and valid concerns on cash burn and how long the money will last. When the money dries up I can't see that both private and institutional investors will support another cash raise in the form of further dilution. If they can't raise cash the only option would be to AIM rule 15 and become a cash shell for a potential RTO.

IMHO it's a race between completing PFS and selling/JV Toral before the cash runs out. Plus the longer it takes the more desperate we will become and that won't help achieve a good price for Toral.
