Hi Mailgirl1, I'm giving LR until the end of this week. Then if no answer by then I'm sending my 6 NO votes on Monday.

There's an opportunity here for LR to stop this uncertainty and that's to answer the questions put forward by to him by Cjen before the AGM. If he does that in a timely fashion he could change NO votes to YES. It could also aid the SP if the responses are palatable to shareholders.

One thing that all agree on is that communications are terrible. The unknown is not allowing shareholders to make an informed decision on what to do with their dwindling investment.

There's obviously 2 camps here which isn't a bad thing both camps could be right or wrong. It's almost a catch 22 and to be honest it could be too late to recover from both options. If LR stays I can't see change and money will eventually dry up unless Toral is sold. I can't see II's giving him another chance after this. If LR goes there's a risk a new person may not be able to turn it around but I'm willing to give that a shot.

IMHO, I think the PFS is been held back for some reason. Unfortunately I don't think it's all roses with Toral and WAI have found some issues. Only my opinion. I think this is the main reason for looking at alternative geographies. I don't think LR is doing this to keep himself in a job after Toral. If Toral was JV'd or sold outright they would have plenty of money in the bank to keep everyone in a job. EUZ has a small employee base, looking at other geographies will spread that too thin. I think they're looking at new geographies because they need to as Toral is not what we all wished and hoped for.

Exactly Highside I think the institutions have given their last handout and at 5p probably worth the risk to them. But I don't think they will repeat the excercise again especially if we drop way below 5p and the mkt cap is below a million.

Then if a further consolidation open to PIs happens they won't raise enough for a quarter never mind a year.

BOD change is the only hope but unlikely and hence why I keep saying cash shell.

Personally I think LR doesn't go near this board anymore. His priority is on desperate attempts to get money off institutions. That will become harder and harder as the SP declines in 2022, especially if no one shows an interest in Toral OR due to a delay in getting Toral to PFS.

I'm voting NO on all 6 resolutions and I know I keep saying it but IMHO I think we will run out of money in the summer of 2022 because II's will say no thanks. When no money left we will AIM Rule 15 and RTO complete in December 2022.

The company that takes over will have significant tax gains to play with and it may not be a mine, could be a tech company or the next Fever Tree who knows. For one I'll be happy to be out of mining stocks so kinda hoping it's something new and the grass grows over Toral into a nature park for the locals.

Obviously my view only and people will say get out now and sell. Yep I could do but I've seen good SP rises on the build up to RTO and even after. I'm willing to take the risk.

Chri5p, I find it very hard to share your optimism and I get the impression you're happy to stick with this BOD which is remarkable.

I've stated before, it's the first sign of madness to repeat the same thing again and again and expect a different outcome.

We need change at the top. Will we get it? To be honest, I don't know but it's better to try than just accept the repetition of incompetence.

I'm assuming we won't get answers to the questions until the AGM and potentially not answers to all of the questions during it. I will be still voting NO to all 6 resolutions unless we here something by the end of this week. They need the proxies 5 days before the meeting I think and therefore your votes need to be submitted within good time t be counted.

Newbie, regarding your post below on directors having skin in the game, I totally agree. At this price LR and MC should be putting their own money in.

MC Salary 2021 £178K
LR Salary 2021 £171K increase of £37K from year before!

It would be nice to see them both putting £70K in each or reduce their salary to £100k next year in 2022. To be honest why not make it performance related with a base salary of £80K each and bonuses based on SP targets.

I'm looking forward to LR's reply to the questions that were put forward to him from the Zoom meeting.

MM I think as PI's it's still worth voting NO at least they will see the backlash at the AGM. Even if LR ends up staying II's will see this. Maybe it could force his hand and be nudged into a technical role instead of Director. I agree a new Director will have a positive impact on the SP and it's badly needed.

If he stays as Director and there is no materialisation of Toral within 6 months I think the games up. I'm hoping for a new Director or some miracle on Toral. Failing that I'm not selling at this price and will wait for EUZ to become a cash shell for some Ltd company to RTO.
