Maybe the work undertaken so far on Toral PFS has thrown up some negative findings and its not viable as we all thought. Could this be the reason for looking at other prospects in North America, Australia and Asia as mentioned on the Proactive interview. Maybe Toral is simply a dogs dinner after all?

Great so LR is looking at more exploration around the globe. Would prefer 100% on Toral personally. Make money on Toral to then invest in other projects should be the way to progress.

board changes can have a positive impact and restore confidence in investors. I struggle to understand how people can back LR and AH when neither have delivered. LR's probably a nice guy and a good geologist but is a poor businessman and his track record reflects this. Heading a board requires good leadership and direction and we never see that. We can't simply sit here and see our investment reduce daily whist EUZ is run in the same way.

They say the first sign of madness is to keep repeating the same action and expect a different outcome. The outcome here is not going to change with LR in the hot seat. Cash burn will happen and then another raise. I stated earlier that this share will sub 1p by the end of Q1 2022 unless radical changes are made.

Since PIs only make a small percentage of the votes. I can't see us preventing this from happening. I've never seen investors overturn this.

My experience of Sirius tells me this. PIs don't have any clout and we just get shafted every time.

If the company's 2021 Annual General Meeting is proposed to be held on or around 30 November 2021 what can we do to prepare? For me both Laurence and Adam need to go before more bad decisions are made.

Cjen, this is the last resort. LR is a Geologist he has proven he cannot run a company. Hows many more chances do you want to give this guy to squander your money?

Well that was good money spent on Adam H. I feel sorry for the team in Spain because IMHO they will be all out of a job in 6 months when this funding runs out. What will happen next an RTO and I can't wait.

Agree Bricks, vote of no confidence is our only hope. The alternative is rule 15 RTO in 6 to 8 months when there's no coin in the pot.

EUZ is on borrowed time. This is the last straw for LTH, nobody will trust this BOD. The money will last 6 to 8 months and then will have no alternative but to RTO. It will never become a mine, its a fantasy and basically a shell of a company already. It may as well rule 15 now!!!
