Good points Bricks and I share your frustrations. The updates I receive from my other stocks are far better. Not always good news but they communicate cause and actions to rectify it. LR is incapable of that and to be honest it's because he's a geologist and not a business man. Also on other stocks I here from the finance person providing breakdowns of cash burn and income. Do we get any of that, no never. Who is the finance person? Who is making the finance decisions? They need to stand up at the AGM and explain.

I think this also proves one very important thing. The backing of European funding isn't there. The money has been distributed and for whatever reason we have not met the criteria. I think this is what's happened, LR pinned his hopes on this and it didn't materialise and the pot was empty and hence the dilution.

Teaye, The problem is your high risk to high reward has just been halved and it will be halved again on the next rinse and halved again after that. Then no doubt when the SP is sub 1p it will be consolidated again to be a grown up company to then dilute more. I don't want more dilutions and consolidations and if Toral fails I hope the institutional investors stop bailing us and we run out of money for an RTO.

Either Toral works and soon or RTO for me.

If Toral proves to be a no go I would rather the company runs out of money and becomes a shell for a private company to perform a reverse take over under AIM rule 15. Last thing I want is for EUZ to start afresh digging holes in other geographies and waiting another 3 to 4 years for the same thing to happen. Rather take the offer price of a new company doing something different. Doesn't have to be a mine even, could be a tech start up.

Agree Highside and yet we have blue trades. I for one not getting suckered into the averaging down. What's 5p now could easily be 4,3,2 erm 1 next year (hope not). If Toral is good then I'm holding with a little bit of praying whist I wait. If it's not good, then I'm hoping for an RTO when the money dries up.

Highside makes some good point below. Similar to what I suggested earlier in the day yesterday. My worry is that Toral has not lived up to expectations . Scheds, rightly so has said on many occasions his nervousness about impurities etc. This to me is the question and what we need to ask. Where are we with Toral? Have you found issues?

Chrisp we all want answers to why. Let's not get carried away with theories again though. It just raises false hopes. Agree a Q&A session would be good or we wait for the AGM.

All I know is that we have all speculated on theories for months/years and not one of them correct. It even looks like new theories are once again building into hope which I find remarkable.

Hence why I'm worried about Toral, the only reason to consider new projects when we are so close to PFS is that it's turned out to be a not viable proposition. Shed's touched on his worries about impurities and costs etc. I wonder if this is why EUZ are looking at other geographies?

Chrisp, Then why do the Proactive interview? All its done is open up bad news to a wider audience and knocked a further 11.5% off todays SP. A simple example of yet another bad decision.

My thoughts too Teaye, kinda hoping for an RTO. Rule 15 by next year, problem is once initiated its a further 6 months wait.

It will Aim Rule 15 before it's a mine unless a buy out happens at Mkt Cap £2.8 and declining daily. So for me three options:

1) Sell now and lose 50%
2) Hold and hope for a good RTO (it does happen)
3) Wait for JV at the risk of an ever decreasing Mkt Cap

Not an easy decision.

Highside, your thoughts on the interview are spot on. No reassuring messages for investors, no REAL acceptance that there are big issues here. No direction, just ambiguous waffle .

The general consensus seems to be concentrate on Toral before other explorations. This is simple business, especially if we're supposedly close to completing the PFS. LR on the proactive interview this morning spent 50% of the time discussing other geographies, why?

It doesn't make sense. Yes he mentioned a JV or buy in but all that means is that someone is going to get Toral on the cheap at this current SP (Mkt Cap £2.81m) or more likely when we a sub 1p with a mkt cap of way less than £1m. Just like Anglo American did with Sirius. Different scenario same outcome, someone will get us at a nice price and we will be out of pocket.

Gam2 and Roger had this right all along.
