I can't see anyone sticking around another 5 years for dilutions on year on year. If LR tries to further rinse and repeat there will be a point where investors either PI or II will say enough is enough. What happens then the money tries up and we become a cash shell.

Interesting replies and I mentioned last week is Toral dead. Why raise funds if Toral is close? If it's another asset then the value event is something that's potentially years away and to me should not be expressed in an RNS or official reports.

Just my thoughts but it's either callous reporting or there's something coming.

Just a thought, surely if the mention of a "value event" keeps cropping up in RNS's and official documentation there must be some confidence that this is going to happen? Otherwise you would be setting yourself up for a huge backlash and potential investigation of inaccurate or misleading reporting. Also, including it in the end of year statement kinda puzzles me as it's reaffirming and bringing it to our attention again. Normally you would expect an omission/deflection or retraction to protect yourself but they are not doing this.

Tell you what it is Bricks. Like politics create some news and release policies under the radar that people don't see. Friday RNS won't be remembered or noticed by many it's deliberate.

How can this be allowed in an RNS:

I'm going to risk holding until JV or RTO. I do think the SP will fall below 5p to the run up to the AGM. I reckon there will be panic selling the week prior to the 30th. Am I stupid for holding my nerve, only time will tell.
