If they had invested the full amount in N4 I suspect the investment policy could be in question but an on-demand loan can be called in at anytime and is not a direct equity investment. Yes creative in the structure cash/shares/loan but within the policy and not in breach of it. The other investments have completed the investment criteria the shell/investing requirement holds.

Yes the multiple stock purchases of other AIM resource companies considered to be the investment policy being completed. Nothing to worry on that, hence no warnings in the last accounts etc.

70% free float but I know of perhaps a dozen holders with 1m+ some with 4m. I think there is a float that seems to get thrown about and that needs tighter hands, I would suspect the 4m last week at 1.73 is safe also. Higher highs and higher lows Patience is needed though

NT is usually quite chatty to the point that you get replies back instantly, he's on radio silence at the moment and I think that means we have an incoming RNS. A partner for sildenafil reformualtion would get this between 5-10p in a flash.

Genuinely think we could at last be heading to 2p today.

Hence the small buys, if not you pay a premium.
