Cannot see much downside here, upside though is massive. Reserves are MARKETABLE RESERVES OF NIGH ON 400MT. Debiensko holds a fifty year licence is the premium hard coking coal that is so much needed in that area, NWR would have developed it but they went bust when earlier this year you could not give coking coal away, now its spun on its head and you can charge 3X what they got in Feb/March when NWR went tits up. That Debiensko mine purchase was the steal of the century.

Takeaway the cash and you have c400mt of booked reserves valued at £22m. Thats less than $2 in the ground value of proven reserves that are worth £4bn+ Anyone ever seen a disparity like that at such an advanced/proven state.
