Scott my research tells me this should be trading between £1-2 now and £3 after the BFS next year. It's not if's but's and maybe's. They have the assets. They have the partner. They are located in the right area.

So with 25$ lift costs that's 225$ x 2m $450m EBITDA at current coal prices. Folk need to get their head around the difference between thermal heating coal and steel making coal. So if we had both in production today we would likely be having c$700m EBITDA per annum. Jeez we would have a £3bn mcap with that. It's not fantasy either. They have the partner to make it happen. That partners only interested in the mine build contract and off take. They will even arrange the finance for us. This will not be under £1 for long. Funds will be queuing up for this when the lazy fund managers cotton on.

Scott there are a lot of oil juniors and the like out there that people say could be 10-50 baggers if they hit the sweet spot. That sweet spot is often offshore Bongo Bongo land. Costs billions to monitise. This company holds those assets now with proven resources in a very safe jurisdiction. Geographically placed in the heart of the European steel industry with the lowest forecast lifting costs of any Western Coking coal mine. An Australian mine Peabody was sold for $200m this week. It's production costs per tn are 85$. That means for part of the cycle you would have to mothball it. We have a lifting cost of $25. Do the maths. This is the real deal today not tomorrow and not needing a wildcat to come in. Hold buy and buy. Best share I have come across in a while.

Agree. The advanced stage of Lublin now with a major to complete BFS arrange finance and construct the mine the discount to NPV of c95% is crazy. That's not including the cash or Debiensko. Most mining operations of this type at such an advanced stage but perhaps without the backing of a major would be c30% NPV which would be about £300m mcap. That's again aportioning zero value to the other project which may end up having a similar if not higher value than Lublin. Debiensko was thought at one stage to be the asset that may save NWR. They expected it to be the largest coking coal producing mine in Europe. Yes it needs work and facilities upgraded but at 2mtpa production today it would be turning nigh on $400m np. Think NWR had a figure much higher than that. What's the betting that China coal JV Debiensko shortly.

This makes great reading. For a company the size of China Coal to release a statement like this shows the commitment and value that they see in Lublin. Deputy General Manager of CC5C, Sang Hua said, “The Jan Karski mine is managed by a highly experienced team in Prairie Mining and, with CC5C’s shaft sinking and coal mine construction expertise, will no doubt be developed into a world class coal mine. We are excited to have entered into this co-operation agreement with Prairie Mining and see the Jan Karski mine as a flagship overseas development project for China Coal as part of our strategy to increase China Coal’s international presence as a major mine development contractor.”

It is often said that you should look for mining companies that have a mcap thats lower than 30% of the NPV.

IT. Lublin had a NPV of $1.8bn. That was after the PFS and at coal 1/3 of current value You need to apply a discount to the NPV. However we now know China Coal are going to complete the BFS and arrange finance. So being harsh -80% to NPV = $360m That's not including Debiensko which I expect will prove similar numbers. So total discounted NPV on one project = c£280m mcap so about £1.50 per share. That's one project and not considering the sky high coal price or Debiensko.

Lack of visible numbers in the RNS is stopping the average Joe visualise the worth of this deal and the scale of thsi project. Local news report below states the China Coal investment will be c$600m US. That is just into Lublin. Lublin had a NPV pre this deal at coal of 1/3 todays price of $1.7bn. That is likely much higher now. The Lublin project is forecast at near the bottom of the coal price curve to make $330 EBITDA per annum. Twenty four year mine licence. This cannot be compared directly to SXX in terms of scale but Lublin and Debiensko together in production are two very large world scale assets. SXX is years from production but financing is in place mcap over $1.5bn post financing. and $1bn at the peak before. This is not $50m with a project in my opinion of about 1/3 value to SXX. I know different commodity. This is due to a lack of understanding of the scale or promotion by the company. This should $150m mcap now at the least.

Looks like the stock is a lot tighter today, moving like it wants to track up to the WSE list of c32p.

Got a lot of catching up to its lead markets. Poland +25% Australia. +10% Above the LSE.

When they are 7p-----28% higher. Stop talking rollox! Nigh on 6m trades hit 34p this morning and is being well bought into the close on the WSE. On a serious note if this disparity holds getting them converted to WSE and sold on there would be a decent exit if you could arrange it.

It is over 30% above the LSE price and it is not lie there is no volume now 3m almost in Poland ad 32p ish. This is crazy, if you had a very very good broker you could likely be buying on the lse and closing on the selling the wse with a decent margin on every trade.
