Probably nearer £750k, look at the last set of accounts, they state cash is currently c£400k, they raised 750K & £150k and have made returns on several investments. Cash burn is light and I suspect they could realise something around £750k at the moment.

Spend is very low and we hold c£1m cash/short term investments. Cash raise is not an issue at present.

That last high volume day was shortly after our last placing. A lot of churn/flippping went on that day so likely for true volume this is very high.

We have had slow days this last few months but I can assure you 10m+ volume and a full blown technical break out is not a slow day in my book. It is a great day!

I think the listing or RTO of N4 is a real possibility. if FUM achieves a £100m+ mcap, perhaps £150m+ in the next few weeks/months the appetite for a IPO or RTO onto here for N4 will be high. Would expect though the 49% we hold at a value of c£3m is the thing holding them back, N4 on its own in that background which I allude to above would likely float at c£30m but the issue now is the perceived valuation via ONZ. They need to work this share price higher to get value then RTO/IPO N4. That should give us 10p+ with little issue. Only time. AIMHO.

I messaged him yesterday, no reply and he's usually very prompt. If it was a no it would have been quick, he would not though message me back and say he was going to write a news release. That would make me inside, so I take the lack of reply to be confirmation we may get an update with the N4 position.

So in essence the FUM offering that is now streets ahead in terms of tming/side effects of existing sildenafil tablets can only be 'competed' against by the tablet delivery if its improved. That's what we have and are looking to JV with NOW. Major difference is FUm @ £90m (very cheap given potential) and ONZ £3.3m mcap. When you get off the floor and stop laughing at such a crazy disparity buy some more!

Remember in May when the Mail & Sun ran a piece on viagra patches we got the news below, suspect they are working on a similar release now. ----- N4 welcomes coverage on reformulation approaches for sildenafil N4 Pharma welcomes the coverage this weekend in The Sun and Daily Mail about potential new forms of Sildenafil in the form of patches as it confirms why Sildenafil needs reformulating and the potential for such reformulation. It is our firm belief that due to the generic nature of this market any new reformulation will have to be in a pill form and go through the 505(b)(2) bioequivalence route to regulatory approval. Our patents cover pill form 505(b)(2) reformulations which will mean we can develop a new oral dose form that will achieve our desired clinical endpoints. A topical patch version of Viagra will not achieve this and will have to repeat vast amounts of safety and toxicity data in order to demonstrate it works, something our formulation will not have to do. The main dose required for Viagra is 50mg but many patients take the higher dose of 100mg- based on the news articles this would require a patch somewhere in the region of 100-200 cm2 and the price of £10 per patch would not be commercially viable as stated in the article. It is encouraging for us that others recognise the potential for such a product and we remain 100% convinced that our IP and 505(b)(2) regulatory approach is the only way to reformulate sildenafil with the required regulatory environment to make this new product a success.

Think it must be applied with a condom on. So in a lot of cases our tablet will still be the preferred method.

This should break up to 2.5p. FUM is our catalyst and I expect an announcement from N4 to state that their delivery system for our ED drug (reformulated sildenafil is well placed to counter the FUM gel). That will likely only create more awareness of our advanced position and the disparity in mcaps between such. By the way FUM is still very cheap and I can see �100m+ mcap there by next week.

I dont think so, they have kindly highlighted the need for an improved tablet ED drug over exiting products. Thats us! They have a �60m mcap we have a �3m one. That FUM news was massive for us. The market is big enough for all to have a substantial share. The most leverage will come from the stocks that are valued the least. FUM is currently 20X ONZ. We need to catch up.

I agree FUM could easily be �100m+ mcap shortly and ONZ must re-rate accordingly. Good to have you onboard?

Even at �20m we are cheap, at �30m (valuing N4 at �60m) we would have a 17p share price. That's the zone if not higher when a commercial partner is found, process now been going since May. 10X bagger from here just to get to initial value.

We could gain some massive publicity off this, given our mcap is tiny in comparison a huge re-rate could occur. Come on if we get that partner we should have a higher mcap than FUM thats �60m and todays FUM news is a catalyst for that to occur. We wont go to �60m in one move so value should come through prior. Thats my �20m mcap.

It would be silly but its the major news that could really be so important to us. All the tablet based manufactures of sildenafil need to have a competitive edge now or will loose market share to the gel based delivery systems that FUM are developing. One would like to think greasing ones pole with a gel is likely more intrusive and less discreet than a tablet so the pill delivery system that we are in should still prevail. But it needs to have speed benefits and less side effects which is what we provide. The majors have no choice now but to come to our table. We have the drug in developments and the patents protecting it. FUM mcap �60m+ ours �2.9M....... Do not need to say anymore.

Not only highlights what a joke our mcap currently is but also the need for the major viagra manufacturers like Pfizer to up their game an produce a tablet ED drug that works at a similar speed with less side effects. That's what we have here if people did not already know! And a lot of others following behind. �20m mcap within six months at least.

Taff we need a �20m mcap before I think any true value on the potential is in the mcap. Thats around 10p for starters.

Well done Anthony, this is just the start, look at the FUM mcap and then look at us. This though is a multi faceted, one product succeeds and a whole host come through quickly thereafter. We are on the cusp.
