KEC holding is c100k shares. No hidden reserve in the NAV here I am afraid.

If it holds this into the close we are well positioned. News coming on several fronts with the big one the farmout of Z34 If the partnership farm out to a major I cannot see why this one should have a smaller mcap than say Eco Atlantic. Opposite side of the continent but 20% free carry and a major onboard? Mcap should be £15-20m then. All before end of June.

Will add some more. The farmout of Z34 will I reckon have this at 1p+. That should be inside the next month.

A farmout gets you some value out of that NPV discount it massively and you still get a figure multiples of the mcap here. An independent Competent Person’s Report (“CPR”) has been received from DeGolyer and MacNaughton (“D&M”) which provides new volume and valuation estimates for twelve prospects identified by Gold Oil on the block. The mean prospective resources certified by D&M total a combined 2.02 billion barrels of oil with a mean potential net present value of US$ 2.6 billion, as detailed in the tables below:

The focus on South America could well be focussed by ECHO. Regardless of that though the potential here over the next month is massive. If they get a partner (major) JV onto Z34 with the existing 20% freecarry still in play this will look silly cheap at £5m mcap. Lots of other value increasing moves in the pipeline also. One of the few oil stocks thats never recovered from the lows.

Agree it does look cheap. BOIL carried free. Farmout to be completed by end of June. Other smaller block shouldhave a shallow drill this year also. $2m cash coming in. South east Asia JV also imminent. £5m mcap is a joke.

Following constructive meetings in Montevideo, Baron and UOGG executives have agreed that the current dispute over the $2 million due to Baron's Peruvian subsidiary, Gold Oil Peru SAC ("GOP") will not be allowed to disrupt the progress of drilling plans on Block Z-34. It has been agreed that GOP will resume day-to-day supervision of activities on the Block Z-34 and that the UOGG team based in Lima will work closely with GOP staff to ensure that work on the Cuy Prospect well planning and permitting continues as rapidly as possible. Concurrent with these activities on the block, UOGG will seek to conclude farm-out discussions by June 30 2017 with several experienced oil and gas companies that have both the financial and technical resources to drill the Cuy Prospect in 2018. This large Prospect has been identified on 3D seismic and is located in 5,764 feet of water in the northern part of Block Z-34

It is a possible I guess. That would be sort of asset ECHO would want. Advanced play with $40m of seismic, drill ready? Some big structures.

Block z34 Peru could be one that interests ECHO?? To say BOIL have substantial South American interests and a bit of cash they look very cheap at £5m mcap. A farm in would be very nice

I think this may well wake up. They have a small open pit with 600,000 oz gold at decent open pit grades for the location, major mine is literally next door and this is almost within touching distance of it. Would be so easy with a bit of cash to prove up over 1m oz and get it into low cost early production. What mcap then? 7-10m??

4/1. New stock at 7p. Closed at 1.25. So that's a 1.75p raise.

I have read the AD and I am surprised it's not been released yet. If what I expect is going to happen happens we should all be very happy. We could have if things had gone to plan be over the moon happy. But alas if the last info I heard is right very happy at the start moving rapidly to over the moon happy shortly afterwards.

It is just simply the size of the asset that demands this is a RTO. Look at PMO when they went through a RTO type transaction last year. We are likely just buying something very large in comparison to our Mcap. Hence its a RTO. A material change in the scale of the business. Can't wait.
