Natalya bought its shares off an institutional investor . They volume from last month prices they could not add 7% . So why hasn't the seller contacted the company to disclose its sale ? Why hasn't the company asked all major shareholders to reveal current share positions ? My guess is the Swiss based S.A company sold out ! They had 14% last summer. I guess they sold and only own 3% now. What next ? EGM !

Colins14, that's correct, the gross cost of mining is $700,000 per quarter, excluding general corporate costs, which should easily add another 50c per carat. $350,000. So once again the key results here will be the sale of the quality stones. the rampup is commendable, as is the improvement in carats per tonne, from 7cts to 14cts.

No guarantees mind you, they could release bad news, but prefer to roll 'news' into the mix. But It looks good for RLD. nice IR response too.

In my opinion a legal action could be taken agains the CEO for reckless trading , the claim being he allegedly deliberately used the cash and financial assets here to prop up his own bank and in doing so, cost the shareholders here millions when that said back went bust. I think the only redress is for the CEO to be made pay the shareholders here back. His shares here could be dispersed among existing shareholders, or the bulk of his share extinguished. ..its wrong that his personal bank swallowed our money, and he is not held to account . That is my opinion .

Press reporting $300m as well. Not clear where they are getting that from. We were told its $600m to first gas . So let's say that's a 40% 40% 20% split . But Ophir are carried to first gas as it says in the RNS , then I assume S is paying the $600m and that includes the 50% of previous costs , we have hardly spent $600m on this so far !!! . Anyone else think the RNS is unclear on this ?

Schlumberger are paying for the entire Capex to first gas, some $600m estimated, and for that they get 40% of the entire completed project. That values Ophir's 60% at $900m. the entire projects valuation on completion is $1.5 Billion. Makes the current S.P look very cheap indeed.

No what Malcy actually said, and he's wrong, is that Worldview would have to pay 130p under stock exchange rules. as that is the highest price paid in the last 12 months. But, that is not the case. In a fire sale situation the rules are not applied and the company can request permission to sell out at a lower price, and put it to the shareholders in a vote. I don;t have the ruling in front of me but my memory is that 75% of the shareholders must vote for it, and that excludes the worldview 24% holding, plus a few other hoops to b jumped through. a little common sense is applied. If this company got into such deep water when PoO was averaging $60 a bbl the last 12 months, can you imagine what $30 a bbl must be doing to them. …….Not for me……but be my guest.

afren, this is exactly what I think too. Read the previous RNSs, the company is hanging on by its fingernails, remember Seplat made an offer for Afren that the BoD thought didn't give enough value to shareholders, 4 months later it was bankrupt. I'm delighted for all holders here, but be careful, this is like Afren. the company is in deep trouble, and any offer will have to appease the banks and financiers. at 24% they could have pushed to 30% and took over with an offer….. no for me, if i held here, i'd be heading for the lifeboats and not listening to the string quartet .
