Surely the major players must be interested and making tentative offers of partnerships when a given level of discoveries are made. Like Dragons Den but on a longer timescale.

And still the DM has got information re another medicine whilst trials on that are continuing. Almost certainly the results are based on younger patients The big worry is that SNG is not that effective when trialled fully and properly, especially on older patients. No news by now troubles me. And of course older patients are at greater risk and may refuse to take an untested product which may have devastating results so far as they know. In short, a low takeup will slow down this trial, possibly significantly. Not good news for the share price so worth holding back on.

I wonder if the Synairgen Board will now publish an interim report about their trials. Anything to maintain the share price which they will of course benefit from. Or is it bad news to date and which they have no option but to defer for as long as as humanly possible. If nothing emerges this week, they are clearly shooting for the foot.

Since the Options RNS, the statutory 2 weeks will have passed on Monday enabling a business RNS to be issued. Due to market sensitivity there could be absolutely no hint of news from the Chair at todays meeting nor was it expected. Next week could be very interesting.

Market appears not to have any false hope about an AGM which is a legal "boring" requirement and where the Chairman has no option but to talk well about the business and merely repeat what was in the Annual Report. If the Chairman has something really new to say, it has to be via an RNS

Maxwell must believe they are innocent so will be still selling CapX "clones" until the Judge rules accordingly. As an ongoing business they will endeavour to hold massive stocks to meet current orders and perhaps quite a few new orders after an adverse judicial judgement. That will assist in covering their legal costs. In addition they will almost certainly appeal any decision and so hold back on paying any awards due to the tiddler who may then agree a compromise. At the moment, I suspect CapX are gaining contracts on a loss making basis. Their accounts will tell the truth

but in the end its about turnover and profits. My ideal announcement would be to hear about a contract to produce millions of capacitors in which case Cap X would have no option but to sub contract which would be ironic. Wouldnt mind an RNS about a new capacitor as the latest thin ones are a few years old now and inevitably someone somewhere is likely to "invent a better mouse trap".
