So how does that effect RLD, it may have affected the loan note holder but not RLD.

Says that on all the extensions. So is it a case that Richland have been backed into a corner, they can't pull out as they are not producing, no cash to pay off the loan notes and there is a penalty if they did. Are the buyers delaying in order to get the price down.

Nope never seen the Flow boiler, apart from a photo and apparently one being delivered and fixed into a house. No proof that it ever worked though. Good point about the sealed for life.
