Perhaps the ones that researched those blue chip companies sold before they crashed lol
My advice would be to do some research before investing
As announced on 28 June 2019, the Directors and senior management team agreed to waive, in aggregate, US$452,559 of accrued fees due to them up to 30 June 2019. On 29 August 2019, we announced the conversion of an aggregate amount of US$86,250 of unpaid fees accrued to 30 June 2019 into 108,246,025 new Common Shares. Accordingly, all outstanding fees due to the Company's directors and senior management up to 30 June 2019 were settled in full.
I’m guessing the difference was paid in cash unless anyone has anything different.
Looking at the figures they will have a couple of hundred thousand left after the sale, which should pay directors salary for a 12 month.
Bit of advice in future do some research before putting your hard earned cash into shares
Suhail
If they had a RTO lined up they would have announced it. There are lots of companies looking for rto for their shell.
The only rto that I have seen work have been announced up front and not sold all their assets.
My mistake BOU does actually have cash.
VITA doesn’t seem to be a shell and are still trading with a 50% spread.
Gin
BOU are a shell not a cash shell, they are currently suspended and if they can’t find a company to reverse into listing will be cancelled. RLD will suffer the same fate should they become a shell company with no one to reverse into.
What would you call a long term holder weeks or months.
Those rainbow chasers may find an empty bag at the end of it though.
Is that the same hot air from the boiler lol
You get one every day so you are odds on correct lol
Yep lot more positive with election out of the way. Should be a positive 2020 and beyond now.
How much cash will they have left after the sale and loan note payment. Directors will also have to be paid
Lots of companies on AIM have tax losses.
What other cash sells have a m cap of over £3 million?
Guys call me what you want. Fact is RLD have sold their asset for less than the M Cap. If quindell is correct with his figures there will be nothing left for shareholders hence the drop.
Looks like sale agreed with no RTO. If they do have debts they will get paid off then company will de list.
It’s not that hard to read into it is it.
Is there any written evidence from the company of a RTO taking place.
