Based on what exactly, just by saying it’s worth multiples doesn’t actually mean that it’s worth multiples. The only reason companies come to AIM is to raise money.
No one has come up for a reason to hold these longer than a week at a time. Traders will try and pick the bottom then sell at roughly 20% profit. Each time they sell the price will go lower. There is nothing long term here even if they do manage to get a RTO. They will have very little if any cash left after the sale and will be left with a shell listing. If anyone does reverse into it the first thing they will do is raise cash thus diluting any existing shareholders that do hold.
Why would Fura want to inherit a BOD that have failed in the Sapphires mine. Would they want them running it again to make even bigger losses, talking of which Fura seem to be losing a lot more with every asset they buy.
"Does Fura Inc need to have the ruby acquisitions first under its belt before it completes on RLDs.asset Acquisition ? Is it to do with having t declare assets when the RTO comes 4 tax implications write offs etc when the RTO is applied 4?"
Where does it state they are doing a RTO with Fura Inc? or are you assuming that.
