Quindell genuine poster, used to be in here at same time but got out when they sold tanzanite business. Company was full of it and I guess we both got sucked in on the hype from them. Quindell stayed I didn’t.

If you are buying shares for a trade then you may make money, but long term can’t really see an investment here.

Most traders sell on news perhaps they are not waiting for tomorrow

As most companies come on aim either losing money or start ups I’m sure they won’t be looking at shells with tax losses. They will be looking at how many shares are in issue and regard them as excess baggage.

As for RLD being a cash shell still like to see how much cash they will be left with after the asset sale.

Was just wondering why would it be worth stocking up on a cash shell. It’s quite a big risk relying on companies to get a RTO.

What are expecting to see in this RNS?

I don’t think they have much choice they have to clear those loan notes. Getting money for AIM companies is getting harder.

No guarantee of either at the moment, although you would have thought the sale would go through.

They will be lucky to have £300k in the bank. Even if a RTO took place current shareholders will have to take a hit. New holders after the RTO May make money though.

May have something to do with the share price dropping in Fura. The share option is worth a lot less now than it was when they struck the deal.

They have millions of their own tax losses, however getting gullible UK investors to stump up more cash may be an attractive proposition

Been on these boards a long time seen loads of rainbow chasers come with lots of hope and go home broke

ah head and shoulders must have a fair bit of dandruff. When they have sold the asset how much cash will they have again.
