Jarv. Don't you find it a little suspicious that after 15 years only now they are looking for partners. What would have happened if FTE weren't in the situation that they were about to go bust, would they have still been publishing patents on Twitter and looking for partners on LinkedIn. Why have they waited until now. Why not go to the market to look for investors instead of relying on private investors in order to get them in via the back door. After all they have products that they reckon are going to put them into revenue from day one.

Have always said would never line pockets of MR again and never will. No doubt some will say well why do you post here but it is a discussion board after all and having been invested here for over 18 months on false prommises i think that gives me the right to post. As you say it may be new faces but the circumstances are just the same as wehn FTE started. Low amount of shares at a price that can be diluted from. Its a traders share rather than an investing share and no doubt traders will ramp it up leaving yet more newbies out of pocket and rueing the day they bought shares on AIM. For once i hope the regulators see through this RTO and stop them from listing.

I don't think Linkedin is the place to advertise for partners though perhaps an investors day or something like that would be better. Even though bloch does come across as aggresive he does actually seem to know what he is talking about and i'm learning from it.

What about the mistake on the admin doc regarding Capresi loan note drawdown total will that delay the admission.

13th May. Drawn down a total of £75,000 from Capresi. 10th June 2016 Forte advises that it has drawn down a further £50,000 under its £300,000 convertible loan note facility with Capresi Consolidated Limited. drawn down a total of £100,000 from Capresi. Even with my bad maths make the total £125,000 lol They even got it wrong in admission document.

So Bos Global value FTE at £600k and m cap as of Monday will be £630k. darwin still have £200k to convert which takes it up to £830k. Therefor punters are banking on the share price rising following the RTO to make any money. What about the loan notes issued to Capresi and DJFT do they have to be converted prior to RTO or can they be carried over.

I also note there is some kind of lock in arangement for a period of 12 months, however does it cover the loan notes currently issued to FTE as this company will not exsist after 31st August, my guess is they will have to convert and sell before that date.

I notice on the admission document that they quoted roughly 13.5 billion shares in issue, this has now gone up to 15.5 billion shares as of 1st August. Will that affect the number of shares following completion. Will FTE shareholders now get less shares in order to maintain the m cap of £4 million. If there are more private shareholders and they are only issuing 7.5 million each shareholder should get less. Is this correct or have i got it wrong? They are liabilities not assets, they will have to pay their way out to offload them. It's costing them money to maintain the licences which will never be extracted. Just ask Areva a former shareholder.

At this rate Darwin won't offload the rest of the £100k plus for the RTO to go ahead. Get topping up they need your money.

Have had their money tied up in FTE for over 7 months they are not an investing company they loan money to companies that are unable to attract investors. From what I have read they have to offload �200k of their loan notes as a minimum for this RTO to go through. They can convert at 80% of the SP at any given time. Therefore the lower this goes the lower they can convert. Just needs a jam tomorrow RNS from FTE to get private investors to throw their money at this.

Not quite the 10 bagger he promised then.
