Areva were interested in FTE many moons ago and FTE had a target JORC to reach in order for them to possibly mine Mauritania despite millions of pounds spent on drilling the asset was just not big enough to be profitable if mined. From memory the price of uranium will have to double for them even to consider mining. At the moment they have to pay licence fees for each licence they own, I doubt BOS will want to continue those payments for much longer.

If you read the admin doc you will see that the uranium assets are not viable to mine and may end up costing them money to dispose of the licences.

BGL value FTE at £600k with £100k worth of shares about to be added the SP is probably about right. What happens after the RTO goes ahead is a gamble as they will no doubt have to use the drawdown facilities once listed for working capital.

The impact comes when they have finished selling at the moment the market makers will try to entice buyers to clear darwins shares after they have gone they will adjust accordingly.
