I tried that and didn't work, best to pick a subject that's trending i.e something you read about or friends are talking about then look for a small company that's in that market and research it to death before deciding wether to invest. Put it on your watchlist for a while if you have to and see how it goes.

Well a big give away are normally the accounts. A company turning over £150k per annum and losing nearly twice as much is not something that should be worth £4 million imo.

Well lets hope we have all learnt from FTE and espcially Darwin's involvement in companies. You may get a small bounce on the RTO but a £4 mill m cap for a company with less revenue than a one man operation isn't something that true investors would look at imo. Maybe for traders seeing a quick couple of dollars and no doubt it will get pumped big time.

There was plenty of advice on this board and reasons not to invest so i guess you just looked at the 50 bagger posts and thought everyone else wanted a lower entry lol.

A ramp is when someone says a share is going to multibag with nothing to back it up. Likewise a de ramp is the opposite

The m cap of £600k including Darwins shares (yet to be included) has a 50/50 chance of making someone some money. Not for me though as not a gambler.

Darwin may have converted but they are still offloading.

Lol As you say Darwin are a loan company slightly better than Wonga but not by much. They are offloading the shares as quick as people are buying them. They will eventually get all their money back from selling them and any left over will be sold at whatever price they can get. That's the spiral bit. They won't hold any shared by the time the RTO goes through imo.

Is the lock in agreement for the shares already allocated or for the loan note conversions or both
