Aim2death, yes I agree the company is best to keep quiet and not rock the boat in the run up to the elections. They’ve fiduciary duties to us as well though and can’t withhold market sensitive info.

It would be good to have a general company update.

GCM won’t know who is buying 1 share at a time until a threshold is breached and even then not how it was breached.

My thoughts on this haven’t changed searcher. Let’s see how the week pans out and whether we get news to explain it or not.

Just to add to my post last night.

I’m expecting a large trade announced as early as this week.

I the ‘investor’ has a large buy order open then their rules might state that if the price drops meaning the GCM value falls below £20 mill then they would have to close their buy order and expose themselves. Hence the constant drip drip.

Another positive just might be they would have to sell if the valuation goes below £20 mill this underpinning this as the low.

Any attempt to take it down surely would just fall into the investors hands.

We’re overdue an RNS and a holdings RNS would set us alight. Have they managed 3% triggering exposure? Possibly not yet but if the go on the offensive this week and take off the ask they probably will.

Hold on to them shares 😁.

Sounds like they are expanding following general green light for mining own coal from the government.

The IPO prospectus will have it all in.

Why not just wait until the valuation naturally gets above £20 mill to buy in? That’s the key. Timing. Time’s up. There is no time to wait. Exciting eh 😉.

If this is going to be the case then we’ll get to see resource contracts and details that could give insights to Phulbari Coal that we necessarily wouldn’t have.

Imagine a future mineral / hardcore contract going for Teesta that is sourced from our overburden.

Or a 5 year coal supply contract for a an existing plant. For that we’d probably would have already been given SoD approval.

Yes — interactive investor (“ii”) is a subsidiary of Aberdeen Group plc (formerly known as abrdn plc). 

Here’s a bit more detail:

• Aberdeen (abrdn) agreed to acquire all of interactive investor in December 2021 for about £1.49 billion. 

• The acquisition was completed in May 2022. 

• Since then, interactive investor operates as a stand-alone business within the Aberdeen Group, retaining its own brand, management, and regulatory structure.

Isn’t Interacrive Investor an Aberdeen company? These might be total PI shares and didn’t Jarvis just join ii? That’s the change.

There has been accumulation of about 3-4 million shares since the last high. I said I could see divergence on the technicals and this would explain it.

The micro fund has rules. If it’s must be a market cap above £20 mill then we are being kept above that. Good suggestion digit.
