edzi, not at all. My point is and was that there many people who sling mud either for their own purpose (the trading fraternity) or through their lack of real world experience or because they like the sound of their own voice. I see you as one of the most experienced commentators here.

I assume all of those who had written off Leon with coruscating comments about his ability are now feeling shame faced or have sold up and we won't be seeing you again here? Charles? HDS? I will reiterate what I said yesterday: Too many that post here are armchair CEOs who haven't the foggiest idea of what is involved with the running of any business let alone one with the complexity of JLP. Yes, Leon's ability for timely forethought communication could certainly be better but what he has achieved in the face of extraordinary global circumstances is hardly appreciated. And I believe we will see the comms side improve in the near future.
