? Chrome prices remain strong, with spot at around US$260/t at the time of writing. Stockpiles in China remain at the lower end of seasonal levels despite lower ferrochrome production in the latter part of the quarter. Demand for chrome remains resilient and shipments are being executed as rapidly as possible given transport logistics constraints in South Africa. Tharisa has benefited from its ability to access three ports to ensure we deliver our products to our clients. Chinese New Year will slow demand towards the end of January 2023 but with the economy in China opening post COVID-19 restrictions, we continue to foresee strong demand for the product heading into the Northern Hemisphere spring.

You talk utter rubbish Bushy/Prathunter ! Copper doesn't make any money ...tosh. During the period the extreme weakness in Sterling and the Rand relative to the dollar will have boosted profits hugely. You sound desperate now ....and have ZERO credibility having admitted you reduced profits by capital investment. However money is spent, whether to reinvest in the business or to pay dividends, they are still PROFITS.

Happy New Year in return JLPP! This will be the year of delivery, when the major investments we have made to date feed into the profitability of the company and prove the operating and business model of reclaiming metals from what was considered waste and a liability. On the Bushys of this world, avatars regularly pop up posting "learned" pieces attempting to undermine the credibility of Leon and the company for their own gain. The important thing then is to focus on the big picture and the ever growing ability and opportunity for this company to deliver. It is frustrating when historic decisions made at a time when the business was much less evolved suppress the SP. But they will wash through and sentiment will change and that is what will drive the SP. So in 2023 if there is no news, see this as a good thing, "no news is good news", as anything material that will negatively affect forecasts has to be made public, and rely on Leon to continue to deliver, as he has proven he will, time and again. Onward and upward, be optimistic and have faith that you have made a good, and a right, decision investing here.

You haven't done your research, Scott. Recent announcement re. leaching copper sulphides is groundbreaking. As for the lead at Kabwe the situation is under government control and not JLPs. You should read more.

HDs please consider what you are asking: " If we miss these targets I fear more down side because then nothing Leon says is believable." Pretty much EVERYTHING Leon has said he would do he has achieved in the face of global disruptions on many fronts. But when he or anyone else makes a forecast it is about future events that are never 100% predictable. Anyone who has beenin sales, which includes me, undertstands that. To say if his forecast is not met 100% that "nothing Leon says is believable." is so black and white and intolerant when his track record of delivering few could match.

Interested to know where you are getting that figure HDs. Regardless, it will not account for any of the tens of billions of dollars value tied up in the tailings dumps that we have excusive rights to process and which gives us a cash flow guarantee for the next 25 years. People get too tied up in the weeds and miss the big picture of what an extraordinary opportunity this is given that the extraction methodology is soundly proven and getting better by the day and the demand for the products can only increase. JLP is sitting on a metaphorical gold mine without the risk of having to do any mining!! This is an absolute no brainer of an investment case.

I'm sorry HappyDays ...many don't as well. THS has a PE ratio of 2! People must stop tryimg to make out that this is a JLP issue alone because it isn't true. We know Leon has put plans in place to ameliorate both the water and power issues; why are you so worried??

edzi.. Whilst I am prepared to believe your contact with the company I take issue with the way you express your views. You say Leon doesn't care for private investors or the SP. This is to an extent understandable when you consider what he has achieved when the world has been in turmoil and yet many PIs still blame him for the SP being where it is and constantly require reassurance. This is because many recognised the enormous potential of the company and loaded up early at low prices and now are sitting on holdings which represent too great a percentage of their portfolios. This makes them nervous and they behave like children sucking on the corner of a comfort blanket. Unfortunately most do not have real business experience to realise how complex achieving what Leon has takes or how long it takes whereas the reality he has delivered time and again and pretty much on schedule. Many have an expectation of getting rich quick and are just not capable of quiet patience. I have written time several times that it is investor sentiment that moves SPs. Yes, there is a general risk off attitude in the market and for Jubilee exacerbated by Jubilee investors being wet and windy and not trusting that Leon will contine to deliver. It is no wonder that he doesn't pander to the constant demands for updates whenin reality he has been delivering quarterly reports as to progress for more than a year. If I were him I would be frustrated.
