To be fair many of the companies they bought have grown well from what the trading updates and results indicate. There have been many articles showing Porta and it's companies expanding/hiring new staff. They went to market for 7m over a year ago at 13p a share. (great value considering current price.) Just looking at Publicasity they had nearly 2 million sat in the bank. It seems to me they have acquired these companies with very good deals. The trading statements have said the integrating of the firms went well. You have yet to see the huge cost savings they will be making now their HQ is almost fully loaded. (I don't have any figures on the number of empty desks.) Overall David and his team are seasoned professionals. They have have done this before. The problem is it has taken longer to go from growth companies to solid multi million pound profit making company. I think 2015 could be the year for that. September will be a big indicator. If the cost savings and move from start ups to mature firms kicks in quickly then we could see some healthy figures in 3-4 weeks time. As for the current dip I think this will correct itself once the current seller is done. (Was todays trade a final sell trade?) Many have waited for this seller to finish and will jump in while the price is so low. It's been eerily quiet on this board with Adastra away. Not really been any news to talk about in the summer months.

Anyone know what the current buy price is? They are either all sells or all buys. Hmmm.

Fair comment Miller. Who could of predicted someone dumping over 3m shares. Still ongoing it appears. Share has picked up slightly today on low volumes.

Like you suggest the share is not falling on bad news. All the news feed has been very positive. Including the new investment and use of office space. What we have is low summer volumes and one big seller who has cleared nearly 450-500k shares this week.( Nearly 2.5M+ so far. Leaving at best 3.5M (opinion) shares.) Remove these trades and volumes would be pretty much zero. Most people will be sitting and waiting to pounce on this if it goes much lower. One 100k buy on ISDX today. See how this plays out.

Interesting that all the sells are coming up as buys. 9.1 is sell. 9.3p is current buy price. Looks like seller is back. We did get a mention on thisismoney website market report yesterday. Hopefully 25m mk cap will help. Still at least 10-20 below real value.

Excellent video. Spells out ambition to cross sell products. Fact that they still have empty desks in their HQ which this new firm can use. So this new firm benefits from lower rent. Fact that this firm is making 0.8M profit. margins improved further by removing their rent costs. In effect this helps the firm pay their debts too. No initial cost or share outlay either. I don't see any bad side to this deal?? Very quiet day on the share trading side. I wonder if the large buyer was doing so in anticipation of this news? Normally you can't buy shares as directors if in dicussions to buy new firms. I think this could be the start of a number of deals and perhaps explains why we had no video for the trading statement. This looks like good business. Hopefully Porta can cross sell products across their companies. Lots of opportunities here. Nice to see another profitable firm taken on. Not too worried about market reaction. Been a mix of small buys and sells on LSe and ISDX. Holiday months are normally quiet.

I have no doubt all the directors are buying in due to how well Porta and it's acquisitions are performing. My comments on share issues were purely as an example of how a new institution might find it's way in. Certainly no share issue would be done at these prices. I agree outlook for firm looks very good. Costs falling, directors buying in large volumes, many global parts of the group with record revenues and several hires by a number of the key firms. This was published 4 hours ago and it shows the Publicasity team is still expanding in numbers. I like you predict a steady rise in the share as more good news feeds through.

There is the other late trade I was looking for. I figured a big sell went through Friday. I assume the 380k is athat sell or the price would of gone up Friday? Followed by a 200k buy trade that was removed and added again. What is interesting is the 2 trades are timed seconds apart? It could be one broker is selling for one client and buying for another? Early 30k share buy at 9.49p today around 8am. Which is strange as none of the trades on Friday were above 9.25. I think another delayed buy has gone through this morning. Keep watching this space.

I count nearly 1.225-1.3M buys on LSE since July 17th only including 50/100/200k share trades. 750k on ISDX over last 1-2 weeks on same basis. Can't prove they are all the same buyer in on each exchange. If this is an institution they will be looking to gradually build up stock as share dips back to 9p. Would take ages at rate up to reach 10-20M plus shares. Unless they plan to take shares from a future planned share issue once share reaches a fair price above the 10p mark. If we get a director buy for 2M then this would point to some one buying up stock for a director. If a private investor/employee would take a long time to reach 3% mark. A notification of someone buying in above 3% mark is what we will ultimately be looking at. Let's see if this trade continues over next week. I will keep totting up these numbers for reference. Oh the Megamerger link also had reference to world numbers. Newsgate did not do so well on the Asia numbers. They are now in top 20 for European deal counts. Of course you have to remember Porta is a relatively new company and lacks exposure in some countries. Still hoping for a rerate at end of August by Sanlam.

Note also Newsgate climbed from 19th to 13th on deals by count. Newsgate had 10 deals in 1st half 2015 compared to 4 in 2014. Overall Redleaf and Newsgate seem to be doing well here. Most of the top 15 had considerably more deals in 2015 compared to 2014. So the industry seems to be doing really well. You also have to remember the size of the firms too when comparing.

200k trade at 9p which should show up on LSE soon. Looks like a buy? See if we get a second delayed trade for this morning. Same usual 200k volume.

Generally I tend to seperate isdx and LSe sellers/buyers. My view is we have at least 2 buyers here and 1 main seller. There are very few small pi trades going through. I would suggest the buyers could be employees or a large investor/trader. Not convinced it is an institution. Like you I expect more director buys. They almost seem to do it by Rota. I think BM may well return. My belief is the people close to the company must think the stock I'd heavily discounted. If this is true we should see a steady rise come autumn.

200k trade at 9.25p on ISDX has appeared around 14:37pm. The numbers for today seem to be getting bigger and bigger. Have I missed a news story?? 2M trades on no news?

Late 150k trade at 9p. Might explain late drop in price. See if any other late trades follow. The numbers are starting to get bigger.

The sells at that time of day were close to 9p. Plus the seller was doing bundles of 50k not large trades like 225k. If it was a sell it would of had a bigger impact on share. Plus it was at the top of the ask range at the time. Nope don't see how it could be a sell. What probably caused the 8.9 range was seller placing more shares on market. The big positive here is someone is buying up stock as quickly as it is being sold. Hopefully this process will be quick.

I count nearly 950k buys including ISDX and about 700k sells. Assuming none of the 200k trades were sells. Seems we have one person selling and one person buying here. Net result is share is knocked for 4%. Late trade to come?? I do think a large buy/sell is on way. For a day of no news 1.6M shares is quite a lot.

'Delighted to announce appointment by Global Energy Development Plc petroleum production & development company for Financial PR. ' From what I can see GED is a small firm that turns over under 1M a year. Still nice to see a contract win. Newsgate Twitter also has some positive news on Readleaf climbing MergerMarket M&A Tables to 15th from 28th. Also hoping these big buys on ISDX is part of a bigger director buy coming soon. Lots of positive news flow.

So Friday was a very positive day. A 400k trade at 9.25p has just popped up on ISDX Dated 17/7. So net trades on Friday was almost +230k.

Nearly 360k of sells today and the sell price went up from 9.05p yesterday to 9.12p today. My guess is they are filling orders. It seems it will take a huge sell to force this share below 9p. Which again makes it a great entry price point at 9.25-9.4p.That 525k sell last week could be part of a larger order. I firmly believe there are big buyers waiting in the wings to soak up shares here. Just noticed a late trade of 100k buy at 15.51pm. 1 small buy on ISDX.
