Not a PI buying this
90m buy. I knew the new investor would see this as an opportunity. This was a trading update to the end of June nothing more. It was annouced on the day it was expected.
Tomorrow is September 2 months after this. More to come shortly.
People need to read that RNS again
Orgin Originated Business includes the number of clients monetised .
We would not have the revenue figure for year end otherwise. AZ HAS CONFIRMED THAT THE INVESTOR IS MONETISING FROM SEPTEMBER TO DECEMBER hence the figures.
He will clarify in an interview.
Btw this was only a trading update as promised. This is just warm up RNS for September.
Syme was moved by the London stock exchange to a new segment. Its seems thix segment doesn't use a clearing house for transactions and hence T212 cant use it. T212 use interactive brokers to do the trades for them hence the rubbish spreads and the time it takes to get orders forfilled.Basically T212 were making a profit from the spread and the cushion of the clearing house for cash flow.
If you want buy or sell shares use a direct broker not use one like T212 who are an Intermediary. Better spreads etc.
Oh btw this scam made £2 million up to the last accounts. £1m deferred which is sitting on the balance sheet. Once the first IM takes place for these customers it goes on the bottom line with the other fees.
Scam that made 2m . Yeah ok.
Karol Niewiadomski, senior investor for SoftBank, said the company's "rate of innovation has redefined the role of financial services, placing [Revolut] at the forefront of Europe's nascent neobanking sector".
Revolut plans to use the investment to expand into the Indian and US markets.
The firm saw its losses double to £201m last year, which it blamed on having to hire more staff.
European fintech firms are rapidly gaining scale, with Sweden-based payments company Klarna reaching a valuation of £32.9bn ($45.6bn) last month.
Mikko Salovaara, Revolut's chief financial officer, said his company planned to list its shares on the stock market "eventually" at an even higher valuation.
Revoult a Fintech Uk Challenger bank has been valued at £24 billion. Its made a 201 million pound loss. Symes valuation....

The basics are you come on buletin board of the share holders and acted in a selfish manner ****ging off their share holding. You are not imvested or researches. Back in the filter bin. Take your brown envelope else where
Holly its a Fintech business , it was valued at that value due to the business idea and the people involved. Revoult thr challenger bank which is loss making is worth 24 billion. Its a UK Fintech. It cost to take over Abal, the debt still sits on the Frankfurt stock exchange. AZ plus insiders own 42% of the business accordimg to Bloomberg terminal.
Yes its my money and my decision hence i will ignore your opinion
Holly prove it. In a court of law as you know you would have to prove its a fraud or scam. You know the rules!!
Holly a hole in your argument. The Road shows will have a 21 to 23 business plan and Eight Capitals deal is two years. A little bit longer thsn shortly.
Again please tell us why this is a scam?
I would give Az some leeway, this is his first listed CEO position. They are trying any angle to discredit the business with smoke and mirrors. Unfortunately because the words scam and fraud have been used the trolls have shot themselves in the foot. Syme is one of the most researched shares going with a handful of people doing some serious research trolls would only dream of.
We know whats coming, with a suprise the market is unaware of.
Extrader if you read his CV he is an expert in bankimg regulation and basel rules. Hes not an expert in finances or the stock market apart from MAR.
You moan to us about playing the "MAN" but then proceed to do it.
Its Friday evening im sure you other things to do like spend time with your partner etc.
Unless this is overtime of course. In a bulletin sense.
Brass some got this post deleted i wonder why
I'm relatively new to SYME and haven't been following the 'chat' for more than a 6 weeks but the one thing that stands out is that Extrader (and some others) are professional 'mud slingers/doubt creators'.
It's not too difficult to figure out his M.O. - get a lot of detailed info (relevant and irrelevant and carefully selected), mix it with 'out of context' figures and data with a good pinch of manipulated figures and data close to the truth but often materially misrepresented, add some quasi plausible extrapolations (always towards the negative of course) and post.
Oldest trick in the book - claims not to be invested. Probably true at the moment because he sold on the last high of .00415 and now needs to see the share price down near .003 again to buy and he'll probably buy a huge amount if it gets back to there. If he does get to buy at a low price he becomes very quiet until the differential between the SP and the price he paid for his (large) holding is sufficient to turn a nice profit. When this guy buys in, he buys a lot (or he doing this as part of a group who buy a lot).
I know I'm not the only one by any means to call him out on this but to give him his due, he's well practiced at what he does which means that he's been doing this for years and is a pro. Lots taken in by him.
