Don’t you think Avacta has a greater chance at success seeing as they are working with a medication that has been in use for over 50 years and that they have already stated that the platform has now been proven to work as intended. Also phase 2 being a pivotal phase?

Do you have any comments regarding that?

Surely that have a far greater chance of success than most other drugs at this stage in the pipeline to market.

She said in the December interview he will be dosed for a total of 15 months. But didn’t state why is was a total of 15months. I don’t know if that is their calculation of his maximum lifetime allowable dose or if that is end of trial.

My best guess is that is the max lifetime dosage cause I don’t think they just stop trials like that if patients are responding.

Point I was trying to make is the Avacta have a pretty good idea of dosages and time patients can be on treatment

Cohort three is 1.5 standard dose and 15 months on treatment compared to 18 weeks for standard dose means

Max lifetime dosage is 5 to 6 times standard dosage at 3 week dosing regime.

He was in cohort 3 which is thing is approx 1.5 times max dose

Telegram group did the same before and had a meeting with select Telegram group people and Alistair and kept the questions privy to telegram people however claimed they represent Avacta shareholders.

However this doesn’t really make sense when they are still dosing patients in higher dose cohorts

When CC discusses him in Dec presentation she says he will remain on treatment for a further 5months . Altogether at total of 5months on treatment.

What I wonder is how is it in December they can work out how many month he will remain on treatment for?

I have asked for clarification around requirement for the phase 3 for AVA6000 cause in December we were told only phase2 was required.

The goal of the investor should be to gather accurate information and to assess in a non bias way. If you chose to only look at one source of info or only positive info then you are doing yourself a disservice.

I think the point wyndrum is making is that adverse and unexpected events have happened in the history of the company. Potential for failure and adverse events needs to be kept in mind when looking forward also. Confirmation bias should be challenged to help gain perspective. All serious investors should practice challenging confirmation bias.

I personally find Wyndrum’s comments to be a reasonable take on how a reasonable person my view the situation if they were to consider the pros and cons . I am pleased to get another point of view.

I think it is important for Pros and Cons to both be expressed and listened to. Too much ramping without looking at possible downsides is definitely a recipe for disaster.
