I kind of have to disagree with you on this one. They have taken biopsies and know how much dox is being released in the tumor. It is what they expected based on mouse studies.

I can see your point, The simple answer is we don’t have all the information required yet the judge efficacy of AVA600 however we have some information which we are using to piecemeal together the likelihood. Information we have is that the 60yr patient had significant tumor reduction others not so much.

But not all those patients had cancers that were expected to respond. So yeah we don’t know yet but some information provided so far points towards the fact that it probably works.

That is what phase 2 is for.

Waiting for 2week study is painful. Hopefully the results will be positive.

Your scenario is possible but highly unlikely

First of all they have measured levels of dox in tumour compared to rest of the body. In both mice and human. They know the levels of dox in tumor and we have 50 years of data that dox works. Levels of dox reaching the tumor and enough to be therapeutic to dox sensitive tumours.

Does anyone every wonder about IP. Could another company file similar IP without having done the trials? Just wondering out loud and not trying to spread FUD. Just wondering what others think about this.!we have been told that Avacta are waiting on IP for certain things.

All the board is culpable and I also think the CFO is more than most. Reasons for raising at 50p need to be explained. Otherwise there is not trust from investors. Why were we told “don’t worry about funding”and then a raise at 50p. Why were we told no information would be supplied re this matter until after 40 days and still no information. Does the board think that it is ok for PI to be lied to and deceived?

Just because time has passed doesn’t mean PI’s have forgotten this matter.

CFO is the position in which I would like to see a change occur.
