Avacta propose to issue a huge number of shares and no one here has an opinion .

IP is the most important part about of the whole deal. Hopefully AVCT have everything in order and will confirm that . What we have been told is that AVCT are waiting on IP and therefore are unable to disclose things relating to this to shareholders.

One thing we don’t know are what we are yet to find out is if Avacta have all the IP to protect their pipeline. No point in buying a company with no IP protection. This plus delays on getting to Phase 2 and of course lack of funding is holding the share price back. IP is a big deal in my opinion. If similar IP has already been filed in China or elsewhere this may be a problem.

What does that mean? “We prefer to fund the business from a position of weakness."

Can u please refrain from clogging the board with name calling and stuff not relevant to Avacta. If you don’t agree with what is being posted then you could simply state the reason why you disagree. It’s a more grownup approach to a discussion.

Particularly, why is it taking so long to get to Phase 2?

The fact that BOD does not disclose a lot of stuff. Like how the hell we ended up raising at 50p. And also the fact that stuff they have said is rubbish, such as “ don’t worry about funding we have lots of optionality” does make it difficult to trust anything they say at all.

Half life of dox is very short

That is why liposomal dox is a thing - to extend half life.
