Ant yes I think it's worse when the stock is lightly traded too and it seems they have had a lot of shares they wanted to unload . Obviously whoever it is isn't very clever and can see where this is heading .

I won't be selling any of my apta shares for some time ,just frustrating to see excellent news subdued because of the seller . Seen it many times before and once the brakes finally come off and they are done this will move considerably imo .

Depends if the seller has cleared but the fact they moved the bid up and we haven't had any sells could be the end finally . If so any buying will move this up pretty fast

The company has stated several times they are funded until June 2026 . This talk of a raise is scaremongering by idiots who can't read . What's holding the SP back is a seller from the previous placing offloading their shares . They will clear soon and the SP will rocket . Watch this space . The news has been excellent and more to come

It's not investors it's also the quality of management . Angle have had several attempts at finding a market and are still struggling . Wether pharma services is it remains to be seen but revenues aren't exactly climbing at a rapid pace so far are they .

Hoping for a bid shows desperation as they rarely arrive and with angle being low on cash they could just wait them out and get them even cheaper if they are interested . No guarantee they are as little activity regarding deals so far .

It's been exceptionally quiet on the news front . You better hope it's for a good reason or this will be raising funds at a painful discount imo

Reality is things are looking grim here and unless they release some huge news in the next few months it is likely shareholders will get wiped out by a very dilutive placing Imo

6-8 times Ebita is not 6-8 times mkt cap though is it . A takeover is for the share capital of a company and you won't see 6-8 times mkt cap paid .

Now the show is on the other foot . Angle is in last chance territory with a CEO who has failed to deliver multiple times . Not exactly a confidence booster .

Cash running out in the next 3-6 months and unless they get a deal or cash upfront payment it will get diluted to oblivion or worse .

Personally I don't think a vid is coming and AN hoping to get a cash upfront payment from illumia . There is huge risk here and reward either way .

The lack of news and silence from the company is either because they have nothing worthy of announcing or are in talks . Place your bets.

How is it ? Completely different situations and market values m if anything it suggests angle would be bought out for a very small premium rather than the huge numbers some keep suggesting wrongly . There are some absolute dreamers and rampers on here with no grip of reality

My bet is they want to remain independent so they can work for all major biopharms ,however this stubbornness to remain independent is the problem . They needed one to cost upto and put them on the map but haven't so are being ignored . If you have something valuable and could be worth major money then the threat of your competitors getting it would have made angle attractive . My guess is they are now hoping illumia will stump up some cash and become that company . If AN fights to remain independent then that's possibly the issue .

It's now getting very late for them to sign a major deal amd prevent the ongoing dilution at lower prices . We know AN doesn't care about investors ,he said so. Don't be surprised at another fund raise at a very low price in the coming months if illumia don't offer something

We haven't seen one yet even after Fda approval and that's the point . Nobody has come in or even given them a half decent contract yet and after so many years and hundreds of research papers still nothing to the point they are almost out of cash .

Great od one does come but there is little sign or guarantee any deal or offer will ever come . The switch to pharma services is the last roll of the dice and so far has yielded very little . Under 3m ok revenues which a lot will be sales of cassettes /machines and tests on a small scale .

Have you ever considered that they couldn't raise the amount required so had no choice but to kick the can down the road as you put it. Also the immediate resignation of the woman Ned who was supposed to be a financing guru points to this and a disagreement over going forward .They will have to raise months before January and the SP will tank of they do so without any news .

They have a matter of months to make the break as you put it . Will they get a deal is an unknown bug what is known is the cash will run out soon and as it stands current and past holders could be wiped out unless they deliver something soon . They have been trying for years and failed so to expect it to arrive in that time frame ,I have little hope tbh

What you have to ask is what benefit it is to another company to introduce it . They will be looking for increased sales or reduced costs . Unless there is a benefit in profits to a company then parsortix isn't going to get taken on .

If anything parsortix is likely to reduce drug sales by improving diagnosis and treatment times so not a positive there for the big companies . At the end of the day it's business and you need something that benefits these companies otherwise won't get taken on and what angle offers conflicts with that for the most part.

If they had gone after drug development more and shown they can improve the likelihood of a drugs success this would be useful and a better way to go .

As it stands everyone is waiting to see if illumia sees value in what angle offers or not and with the cash running low it's a race against time in the outcome .

I mentioned NHS to AN years ago and got a very poor reply. Funny how things change but they are quite a bit behind and it will take years before that would come to anything meaningful imo .

The problem is because it's a new tech it requires lots of trial and data and that comes very slowly with countless trials and slowly increasing numbers . Wether they can suddenly get a lucrative deal and some backing is the question now facing AN and with the funding running low it's a question that will get an answer in the coming months

Without a big deal and possible cash upfront payment in the next few months their will be a very bad placing and dilution even t for holders . The question is which happens first and the recent NED departure with immediate effect it's not a good look .

Simple gamble on which happens first but even AN has been downbeat in his presentations and q and a answers .that's why this is 8p regardless of IP,potential and promises .

Who's right we will find out in due course but for the love of god give the dribble a rest

There are options either way and variations but we know they will need money however it comes . It's possible they get funds from illumia or AZ as part of a deal. It's also possible as you say that they are struggling to get a fund raise away . If that were the case I would have thought they would have done it with the results though while the SP was a bit higher and raised a lower amount at say 7p unless they are expecting good news soon . Logically the options available and likelihood point to they are expecting something which will give them better options . If not they have made a mess of it again and investors will pay a heavy price for it . Very much a gamble this one at this point .

They have been unusually quiet for some time and we know talks can take upto a year to conclude . It doesn't look great and the chart tells its own story but it can all change in the blink of an eye

This looks like they are waiting on the seller clearing now . I would have expected to see quite a few FFS contracts by now given the upbeat updates in the last few months . To me loks like those are being held back while they announce future revenue streams to keep investors interested . The sooner the seller is gone we should get a clearer picture of just where apta is and what's been happening . They should have a good idea how many are left to sell especially if it's the broker selling them . I suspect they will be out by end of this month hopefully and the news can start to flow freely

It's pretty much a complete gamble on wether they can land a big deal or if financing will arrive before . The upside is decent if they get one of the big fish and a good deal the downside I would say limited to around 5p . The chances of them getting such a deal though must be pretty slim and their previous track record isn't great in delivering . We will see
