How long is "takes time" . Not sure conpanies walking away after being in talks is a good sign if the tech is so disruptive. Seems it isn't quite as disruptive as AN an others would have you believe.

An sp at all time lows isn't a positive indicator that things are progressing and going well either but the eternal optomists keep trying to put a light at the end of the tunnel approach to it everytime. Something had to give soon, money runs out and sp all time low makes funding a major issue. The next fund raise could wipe out current holders so we will see.

It being a big pharma suggests it wasn't a money issue either I'm afraid.. All. Hope still rests on illumia and AZ and neither seem quick/keen to sign anything so far at least.

Sp isn't looking great again, I wonder what the tone of the agm was like was AN upbeat or as previously somewhat downtrodden. Not that it's made much difference in the past with bullish statements and quotes of being in talks with over 20 conpanies.

It makes the approach years ago at 200p I think it was look like another miss judgement. Still there is hope but it's fading quickly

EC nakther fact for you is revenues of 3m after years of trying to sell parsotic and losses of 14m. Those cats are note important now with cash running out

EC it's no use to anyone if they can't sell it and that's the problem. Nakther company walking away as have others isn't a good sign at all and we are not getting any revenues. The business is not viable without revenue and that is sadly lacking and has been for a few years now.

This is the problem. If parsprticlx is so good and valuable then why are so many companies walking away from it. This seems to be a trend now and all the promises from AN turn to zero. No wonder it's gone deadly silent, seems there is nothing happening apart from lots of discussions that lead to nothing.

As others have said it's blindingly obvious this conapny needs a big cash injection but getting one away in these markets is difficult. They need to raise 10-20m which is more than the mkt cap of the company so will be at a big discount likely 50p to raise that amount imo. I like the tech but until they have cash it's watch and wait and buy in much lower after the raise.

I hope they take the hit now and raise a big amount that will keep them going for 2-4 years without a worry then any good news will actually lift the sp. If they only raise a few million it will keep falling knowing more will be needed.

Yes it was testimony and shows hope effectively they can deliver resukts. I would expect to see another contract from them for the phase 3 study when it comes. This news went under the radar as most seem unable to read these days

There has been a seller, likely the broker from the fund raise. Amt confirmed it and looks like they may be out finally. They don't have to declare if they are the broker and rarely do. We might get na rns if they have finished selling but I doubt it. Sp shows what happens when seller clears

Fundamentals aren't great but they have said they expect to be in profit next year and not require more cash. If that turns out to be true then this is grossly undervalued and you have to look past the history. The cononay is completely different and has a very good team in charge now as can be seen with the deals and news. The royalty agreements will go unnoticed until they a start producing but then they will drive the sp upward

The sp has little to do with the news or state of the domoany presently, it is because there is a seller offloading hundreds of millions of shares, they have been doing it for months and it is holding the sp back. When they are done this will rocket. They can't have many left now so as soon as they are done this will be nearer 1p imo. The news and progress have been fantastic and it's only lack of liquidity and buyers to mop up the seller that's golding this back.

My guess is it's the broker from the 0.2p1 placing who received a lot of shares offloading. Patience here it will move fast once they are done

Some big deals brewing in the back ground here and thee market as usual is missing them. Hopefully the seller is clear and we get a decent rise on the back of today's rns which is big news

I failed to add that agl are now on a going concern basis with not enough cash to survive until the next full year results. This is weighing on the sp as they will need money very soon and a situation they haven't been in before adding huge risk going forward.

They have had fda clearenace for over 4 years and again no bid

Your valuations are based on a company that is profitable and increasing revenues which agl aren't

The valuations and bids you give are fairy tales and you completely dismiss the upcoming dilution that will take place.

Yes illumia or AZ may bid at some point it's not impossible but they won't give anything like the values you quote. Most holders would settle for 30p especially those that have averaged down just to be done with AGL.

Many have bought in at these low prices including the last funding round would also probably settle for a much lower bid.

If agl can increase revenues quick which isn't likely and avoid painful dillution until they achieve breakeven then yes things might pan out as you suggest but we are years and a lot of big problems away from that scenario

So far it's been years of struggle and mistakes and they are finding it immensely difficult to create a market they can make money from.

Your scenarios are all based on fantasy and don't include a single negative. If you know anything about agl which you should it's that they continue to disapoint
