Easy money here the company is fully funded for at least a year maybe 18 months simply based on 3.2m in sales. That's without any increase in revenues or other income.. They have applied for r and d refunds too. So any positive increase in sales will see this far higher than it is now. The sector seems to be recovering nicely, but need to pick out conpanies close to breaking even and with cash in the bank.

At 1m for the company and 6m in cash this is a no brainier and expect to see this hit 3p once people catch on

The one coming here or other alternatives are all negative and likely result in most holders being wiped out. That's if they can manage to get a raise away or it could be administration or taken private leaving pis high and dry.

There are so many things wrong with this company and the way forward. Reducing the 13m losses by reducing staff will cost millions to start with. Looks a very bad investment on your part but I guess it will be a valuable lesson for you

With 65m in cash and a mkt cap of 7. 5m the rest is only valued at 1m. If they can get sales of tutivia up to around 500 that would be huge and 1.3m in revenues per quarter.

Its a big if but very possible and on any such news this will take off like a rocket and multibbag imo.

AGL. Needs to raise 10m minimum and slash costs which will cost millions in itself. Raising 10m with a mkt cap of the same will require a massive discount. So likely 1p here. That only buys them at most a year.

I wonder what AN and IG pay offs will cost them. 2m maybe? This is in dire straights no matter how you look at it and will be able to get in much cheaper or avoid admin or taking it private if you wait. On that point it's a no brainier

These are the same brokers that were predicting 30p and 50p.amd 100p previously and look how that turned out. Brokers notes are about as much use as used toilet paper on aim shares as they are fed from the conpanies BS and in this case Mr Newland who is far from reliable or accurate with his predictions.

Things really don't add up here, if they are so busy and involved in so much the numbers should be rising fast. Also the job hires some bang on about seem more like replacements rather than new positions otherwise they are spending money on people that are doing nothing. The far more realistic and likely answer is they are no where near signing any deal and need to get on with the raise ASAP. Your severely hyping the effect any deal would have on a conpnay that's almost out of cash and nowhere near breakeven. Even now after years of constant disappointment and lack of traction and progress the deluded continue to expect a miracle.

At the end of the day the sp tells the story of this company and it's been total failure for years. 1p placing likely in a month's time imo, sit back and watch the disaster unfold as I have. Even the most loyal Newland fans are departing the ship in a hurry.

Imgaine having paid 40p plus for these and be told deals are coming only to see it at 3.75p and almost out of cash with revenues going backwards even from a low starting point.

They admitted the placing is coming in the results, so why bother buying now when even if deals get announced which is unlikely the sp will just fall when the placing is announced at a big discount.

Another issue is that with AGL a going concern and low on cash, is that any company doing their due diligence will not sign given their very precarious funding position.

Any deal if announced, won't do much to the sp given the looming very dillutove placing that's due soon.

This company is in dire straits and been ran into the round by emperor Newland. Personally I don't think any deal will come and the placing will be 1p for 10m or 1billion shares just to keep it going another year, which won't take it to breakeven or even close. After that it's just gets worse or admin.

No deals they announce are going to bail them out from. Here imo and this is why the director walked earlier this year whnr they didn't raise last results.

Agreed we managed to clear more weak holders out last week so any good news will get a decent rise and should maintain this time. I'll be happy creeping back to 1.2-1.3p range without news as that will then become support as we head to 2p plus in the coming months. Unilever or AZ news are the big ones but dont underestimate the enzyme deals and what they mean towards breaking even.

Patience as always it's all coming together nicely. Keep the foot on the gas and we will be far higher

Have to agree. 9 months ago after the raise I had high hopes here with a decent cash runway and expanded sales team. Unfortubtaley that hasn't led to added sites or even exchanges. The sales team have failed miserably and whilst reve ue will have increased I doubt it will hit their 6m.figute. Even if it does they are along way short of breakeven still and heading towards another painful raise.

Someone compared it to Gdr, I have to agree, they simply haven't delivered or expanded as expected. The revenue figure will show how far off they actually are and how far this drops.

I held for a while but the lack of progress here is very worrying.
