Doc 1p is actually optimistic despite the running commentary from EC and a few others . The reason i say that is they are trying to raise 6m but the company is currently only valued at 6m making it a huge raise for a company that size hand will likely command a big discount . 60-70% .

Looking at others that have raised recently gdr raised 3.25m at 0.2p when the SP was around 0.6p before hand . If you read that across to here then a 0.6p raise becomes the figure and not for but less than the 6m they are going after .

The rampers and desperate need to be careful here until the numbers and amount is released things could get a lot worse.

I say that because clbx are currently losing 13m pa .the need to rescue that which will mostly be redundancies . That will cost money possibly millions which they don't have or will eat into any new funds raised .

They're are also other issues . Leases etc that may cost to cancel or continue .

The situation is pretty dire and until the result of the funding is known and costs to downsize etc it's hard to be positive .

After that and with a lot more info and only then can a decision be made as to do they have a chance to succeed . Still a long shot imo but until the above are cleared up it's noti worth the risk . Better to wait and see from the sidelines .

Current shareholders will likely get wiped out after the raise as most have averages massively higher and the dilution will be huge imo ofc

What makes you think this will be any different to any of the other routes to market they have tried and failed at ? Until they get the money and can show actual deals and progress it's not worth much at all . 6m in fact as it currently stands . Wether they get the chance to try is still in doubt too . They haven't dealt with a number of legacy issues like wages , leases etc that need to be paid for and sorted . The 6m they are looking to raise won't last long at all and pretty much wipe out long term holders and even short term ones .

We have not seen any official plan and how they intend to slash costs and what that will cost them and what running costs will be after it .

Until all the above is dealt with there won't be much left and still no contracts which can take upto a year to negotiate. The money could well have gone long before they get to that point . It doesn't look good. Wait and see imo and let's see if they can raise the money and at what price first

I have said for a long time now that 1p is the likely number and see little to change that view so far . No deals are coming before the placing otherwise they wouldn't have announced it and entered talks about it if the SP was going to change during them .

Current mkt cap 7m and trying to raise 6m . That's a serious ask and may require a very big discount far worse than you expect .

There are clearly a lot of investors around who shouldn't be investing if they don't understand the basics and seem unable to read simply news releases .

The nominal value will be changed when they announce the funding or just prior to it with an egm to pass the change .

Those hoping for a 2p.placimg whilst possible are not taking into account the current market and difficulty raising funds. Look at gdr ,polx etc and many other that have had to take a 60-70% discount .

If you think anyone stumping up millions won't want a big piece of equity due to the risks then think again . The SP will now drift lower probably to around 1.7p before the placing is announced at 1p imo .

There is an open short on the stock of just under 1% which says someone expects this to head lower before they close .

Given they are losing 13m pa and only raising 6m and have not yet made redundancies to slash those losses which will require a fair amount of redundancy pay that money won't last long at all .

Wait for the placing the SP will fall to that level and buy then of you fancy a gamble here . For me until I see the terms and cost cutting costs it looks a bad bet

Seems marty had lost the plot . Ignore the noise from those that have likely seen ld out and start talking rubbish after to try and buy back in cheaper . They will disappear when they miss the boat .

I suspect we are currently building a lost of news worthy events up for a bull run and so the directors can get their. Share options to prevent any low ball offers coming in too . Patience as deals take time to get to the point they can be signed . Plenty of news to come here . Add on the dips

I'm still.axed how many amateurs there are buying shares rheas days . What is happening here is they are spiking the piece to lure in investors then dropping it back down and rinse and repeat . There has been nothing from the company and the last news was about the impending funding coming .

That 1p placing still looks odds on and when it comes that will be yet another nail in the coffin .

How many times do investors need to get hammered before they realise jam tomorrow isn't coming .

Wether it can recover after the raising will depend on slashing costs and how much they can raise . The redundancies won't come cheap either .

50-60p short term target long term 130p plus . The cats coming out the bag

This was on a chartists podcast a few days ago with a short term target of 70p and upto 150p . I'm surprised more haven't jumped on this but it's been very hard to buy shares the last few days . Managed to get a decent amount finally through various routes .

The 2d photonics looks like the jewel in the crown for me but so many other positive outcomes and possibilities it looks massively undervalued . Nav around 70-80p this looks like a great share to buy and hold at these levels . Fall overdone and this seems to be the bottom . Get them while you can imo

NHS really . They won't get anywhere with that as they didn't bother for years saying it was too much hard work to get anything done with them . The rest is the usual jam tomorrow lines I've heard for years here too .

What you need to look at is they are losing 13m a year in losses and without slashing costs, which will cost them in redundancies ,signing deals worth millions and raising money this isn't looking good on any level ..

I'll wait for the placing and see how bad things really are before deciding but having seen this fail miserable for many years I haven't seen any reason to changey view now .

They have done this on other shares recently too not just renx . No idea what the point of it is but ubs should be pulled by the FCA for it imo . Either way it makes little difference to the shares ,seems the market has caught onto that too .

As for renx expecting a bullish update soon and this to head north when it lands .

Pump.amd dump crew arrived here like they have ok other micro cap companies . They sucker in mug punters after causing a spike then selling out leaving them sat with losses . Next big thing to happen here will be the placing . That's what the company have already told you . I'd believe them before the p and d crew that's just arrived and never held agl before

Mining and oil exploration are very high cost . Aptamer have done all the development work and are now a low cost company with huge potential in comparison .. Withhout the risk of failed drills they are hitting with every optimer they develop .

It will take time to get big contracts while.yheybverify the optimers but the competition won't want them stealing a match on what can be achieved with optimers .

Just wait until next week you may be nicely surprised where the SP is . I expect we may get news with results .

And now the desperate start hoping a bid is coming . How desperate some are to try to salvage something here now . Why would anyone bid now if they have told the market they need to raise funds in the very near future and most likely a big discount . Surely anyone looking to build would wait until the sp craters to the funding process probably 1p then maka a bid .

Just the be clear I don't believe a bid will come at all as the company has to deal with redundancies ,and finding a market someone might buy some which has been missing for years ..

You can tell the bottom feeders are here but even they may come unstick as soon as the fund raise is announced and the SP crashes to that sp . Better to wait and see imo

Long way to go yet ,market is slow catching on to the news and what's happening here . Apta could be that one share that turns into a monster and they are signing deals with major players . Early days but the bod have been very busy and getting in at these levels won't always be here tbh .
