You can lead a horse to water but can't make it drink . Seems people would rather buy I to baseless ramping shares than ones that have quality these days . They need to secure more deals but all the signs are there and the level of clients is astonishing for a company with a mkt cap below 5m.. the product works and has so many applications that have caught the interest of the big pharma companies . Signing one revenue deal will open the floodgates here . 5m mkt cap ridiculous but shows how poor the markets are and lack of foresight

I don't have to be invested to have an opinion and share it . But your logic only those invested should post which would make it a rampathon . Get real . Just because you don't like hearing the fact you might be wrong and the SP is falling . Deal with it and grow up

Reality is there are very few options available m they say that to cover their tracks as they know a fund raise will see the SP fall off a cliff. If such options existed they would have used them last time and other companies would do then same m the reality is a fund raise is coming here and they have said as much with that statement

Slacker I'm in compete agreement . Simple maths

5m cash June 24 spending 0.5m a month so cash runs out around April . Revenues are minimal and will be slow to increase meaning they will be looking to raise in q1 25. The NHS is slow to adopt change and the way they work means it will take many years for rollout to occur . FDA is some time off yet too so no hope of a short term boost to the SP until q4 25 or even into 2026

The SP will drift lower as the cash gets used them the discount for a placing will be savage . 0.5p looks about right early next year for a placing to raise 6m again . There isn't enough time or news coming to change the facts and why I think this is heading lower in the coming months .

Some are dreaming there will be lots of news before then but it's weeks from January and then only a few months until they need to raise . Not enough time to get 50 hospitals signed up on top of what they have now and even then revenues won't come on fast enough to change the cash position .

Great product but too far away from break even and they will pay the price .

Tou seem to forget the speed at which the NHS moves. How many years has it taken to get to 14 hospitals and each one controls it's own budget and so decides on purchase of equipment . That will make the role out very slow and the NHS is slow to start with . It will happen but not before at least one maybe two or three more fund raises before it gets to break even and that's the point . No matter what comes in q1 it won't be anywhere near enough to fill the gap funding wise . FDA is the big one as it opens up the USA market but that is a long way off still too . I'll wait until after the next funding thanks and but in a lot lower like I did last time . A shame nobody listened then either but there are plenty of mugs around these days who can't do simple maths and work it out for themselves

That's not fact that's you making assumptions on revenue and also not all of that saves cash so your figures are wrong . What basis do you have for revenues increasing in q1 as the company has not eluded to that . You simply can't just add revenue to cash that's not how it works . They also will not leave it until the very last second to raise otherwise they will end up having to state cash is gone and it's dire emergency funding in which case the market will hammer them . Some very nice assumptions there tbh

Desperate hoping for a bid

So the had 5.2m end of june and spending 500k. Month . Doesn't take a scientist to work out the cash will run out by end of April . Revenues are not rising quick which means a fund raise is coming early next year . Pure and simple .

What I expect is the SP to drift lower at around 0.2p a month so come march the SP will be around 1.2p given the reduction in cash position . If they then approach the city asking for 4-6m it will be at 60-70% discount meaning 0.5p placing price and around 1 billion shares .

The rest are just making stuff up and hoping for miracles and we know how rare they are . Stick the the facts and logic . It's not far away

James I agree the teats are needed but that doesn't mean the company will be a success for investors . They will get there but at what cost to those that invest ?

Unlikely ,next big news will be the placing early next year and likely a sub 1p sp . There is no news that will result in the revenues increasing enough to get to break even which is still years away so more cash needs raising . The Tate they are burning through cash means fund raise is inevitable and with it the SP will fall . Same story as happened last time I'm afraid and people didn't want to listen then .

The numbers are there for all to see in black and white the cash will run out around may next year so expect the fund raise a few months before

Doubt will have much impact it's simply a possible supply of funds for that business but if the way they have managed Morocco is anything to go off then it won't get well spent

So which statement to believe the company tells us it's burning 500k a month and today someone says it's 400k . Either way the max is july next year and if they leave it that late the SP will get hammered as it will be a panic raise . To avoid that it will have to be around march and that's if the cash doesn't last as long as expected.

Lionel there is no law that says you have to hold shares to have an opinion and post. If you had your way then only rampers would be allowed to post and it would be one sided not a debate get real you talk like a child .

Karean please show me where other small cap companies have managed to achieve none dillutive funding in recent times . It's all well and good hoping it may happen but reality is it's very unlikely . Only way out is a sale of the business and I don't see that until they get ffda approval which is along time off yet and they will need funding well before then .

For me it's back to where it was about a year ago . Progress made but funding is always the issue at pharma companies not making a profit . They are just to far away from that . Polx at least is increasing sales and slashing costs, so out of the two I'd pick them over this every day . Plus they have cash until mid 2026 and revenues ramping up rapidly

The speed the NHS moves at will mean this will take another couple of years to start generating enough income to cover losses and so it means more fund raises . The problem is huge discounts are being required to raise any decent amounts tof cash and we have seen NICE and Scottish news not moved the SP .

Therefore it looks like the SP will drift lower as the funding approaches and then a 60% discount when it happens meaning a sub 1p share price
