As for gdr there looks to be a growing number of reasons to suspect a buyout is looming here ,I have long suspected it would come ,the final pieces are being put in place with several companies in line for it novacyt and an American company are favourites with the later waiting on FDA approval imo but might pull the trigger early . Not sure where you see that gap next move looks to be to around 12p if it moves up but AN has said one or two more deals back in June of which one was announced already and it looks like AZ and esai will be next year . I doubt 500k deals will move the needle much here . At least they have cash for now so no concerns there until about march next year and they will be looking to raise to get results signed off in may/ June .

Nope and nope . They won't save the day at all that's simply dreaming . Many companies go under with IP that isn't going to save it only making discs profitably and that has proved extremely difficult .

The first and foremost issue is raising capital and that won't prove easy in todays market . They need it to give them time to at least try and sort issues but they won't be able to raise much or buy much time to sort issues that they have failed to sort for over a year .

It's possible but unlikely and why it is priced where it is . High chance of going under

I think some are getting carried away a bit and not taking into account the recent solution or the possible need for future capital to get to where they need .

A bid I think is possible if someone wants a cheap ready made solution probably out American partner for FDA . Wether they wait until that is cleared and pay multiples of today's value or pull the trigger early and get it for circa 50m remains to be seen . Only chance I see of anything like 30p would be after FDA received and a bid made imo but I'll take it

For one the new chairman was brought in but may not have been told the extent of the issues . He may be finding out that he's been handed a grenade and decided not to take the chance to risk his reputation .

Product is in demand I agree but the problem is ace cannot produce enough to satisfy it and have fallen behind with supply . How long will OEMs put up with that .

Just some of the many issues facing the new chair and the market believes it won't succeed . Priced to fail be it now or in 3-6 months time . Just because it's low doesn't make it a bargain you can still lose 100% and the odds are against sce heavily at this point

I find when people start hoping that a takeover will come it's more in desperation that hope or reality . Takeovers are few and far between for companies like polx they usually wait until they are profitable and pay a hell of a lot more to buy them knowing the business isn't a donkey .

I'd love for one to happen but think they need to focus on getting revenues up asap .

Revenies up form such a low starting point sounds fantastic but they won't achieve anything like those numbers for 24-25 revenue increase and that's the telling factor .

If they can achieve 8-12m that would be a major result and means they are very close to break even.

Putre gamble from here on survival or bust . Not great odds for me the chances of losing the lot are quite high and even if that doesn't happen chances of another really low raise are high too making it looks really poor bet either way . Some bargain hunters thinking it's cheap have missed the issues here and risks .

I don't see any value as of yet to buy any until the picture becomes clearer and the funding situation becomes clearer . A raise at 0.1p looks possible but wouldn't raise much maybe 3m

That won't last long and the new chair needs to decide if it worth risking a blot on his CV or wether it's simply too far gone and put it into admin and blame the previous chairman .

If he is up for the fight there may be some upside after funding but before all that it's a very bad gamble and those buying now may soon find themselves sat on a 60-70% loss very quickly .

Good luck but the issues here are bigger than many realise , they have blown through 20m in under a year to produce 11m in revenue amd huge losses .

Bought 750k for now the cash runway is good with the coat cutting and reviews are ramping up nicely . Just keep the deals coming there should be plenty of good news from here and FDA approved and with reimbursement codes this is going to head up from here .

A 0.1p placing would only bring in a few million at best and wipe out holders and I doubt that is even close to being enough given the dire state of things at sce . It would give him 3-6 months to turn around what others have failed to do in 18 months and with 20m . I don't like his odds and if he does try this it will then be on his head and CV if it fails .

If this falls heavily again today then I would say a 0.1p placing has been touted to the city . Either way I don't think it will survive and will end up in admin . The damage was delivered me when an inexperienced board with little experience in manufacturing thought it would be easy to do and tried doing things ok the cheap . Gdr I expect we will see some comments coming along with news later this month . FDA could be anytime which is the big surprise package here . Making of the USA partner at this stage is unlikely and if they get the approval I suspect they may well be the ones that buy gdr out

In fairness I would have expected something from Gino by now given the change but suspect next news will be later this month with rollout . An update on that and plans would be good .
