You don't have to be a genius to see they will be needing cash in the near future anyway losing 10.3m a year and only raised 9.9m last time . They won't leave it too late or they would get crucifies even more on the placing price than they will now .

It's funny how people on apta,gdr,polx,sce all said the same thing when I said placings were coming and they said they weren't . Look what happened to all of them .

Nothing is certain until it's announced but I reckon there is a 90% chance of one coming here soon ,so why but now if you can get them a lot lower amd when they are funded for another year at least .

It could also mean they have got wind of a placing coming too as is usually the case is get to know while pis get hammered again . Money will be needed soon the way this lot burn through cash for delivering very little .

In that case you can't see what's happening . The SP fall here has every hallmark of a placing coming ,I'll wait for 2p as that seems to be where it will be . See polx,get,sce etc etc all did the same thing . Could be as soon as this week looking at he sp reaction . I'll buy some at that price rather than buy now and lose money thanks.

Emerald the company themselves forecast break even in 2026 recently in presentations . That is dependant on revenues hitting 6.6m this year and if they don't then that timeline gets pushed back further . Hardly a rush to get in given the red flags that are looking and possibly far lower prices to buy in . You seem unable to grasp even simple concepts .

Agree . The revenue miss looks all but nailed on for me and that will cause the SP to fall alone . If they need more funds again already then he may struggle to tap up American investors like last time who are already sat on losses and have to resort to traditional UK markets for funds which would really destroy shareholder value .

From my reckoning they will have about 13m now which is borderline for getting results signed off and a lot depends on the revenue figure and cash burn . Last cash burn figure was 1.3m a month ,doesn't take much to work out that revenues are critical and a miss would be a disaster .

For those who recall the January one the SP went from around 35p settling around 15p after that miss which was only by 200k and also has good news in the results. I would expect to see a 40-60% drop in the SP on another miss .

An really needs to pull a rabbit out of the hat but the lack of any news must be concerning even to the faithful

Seems anyone with half a brain can see the fund raise coming and knows it means their will be a big discount and drop in the share price . Revenues simply aren't climbing fast enough and their cash burn is ridiculous for a company not delivering sales .

Totally agree and whilst it may look cheap now it's likely to go a lot lower on funding news with which looks like it may have hit the market recently and caused the fall

Anything down to 2p is possible if that is happening as most placing are at a 60-70% discount . So whilst I'm tempted given the low sp I'll wait and buy in cheaper after the funding . The. Bod really have been lazy and messed up here not even attempting to cut costs at any point over the last few years until revenues started to grow substantially

Also while your at it explain the share price near all time lows given all the progress you state they are making.

Like so many before you you simply can't accept you got this one badly wrong even joining the party late .

Update later this month will show another revenue miss and fall in the SP despite your ramping .

So please explain why the SP crashed in Jan 23 ? Also in November when they missed revenue targets . Look at what the share price did . Now explain how after only achieving 1.3m in H1 and with no new deals they will hit 6.6m this year given the year is 3/4 gone and any new deal revenues will fall into next year .

Ps the SP is 11p for a reason and near all time lows ,if things are going so well why is that ? .

I suggest you look back at the last two profit warnings and what they did to the share price or weren't they profit warnings either . Absolute Muppet you are .

I have followed agl for over 20 years now and have got this more correct than most , you on the other hand are just hot air and repeat the same posts over an over that aren't going to help agl make a profit .

Profit warning ,revenue warning however you want to call it or dress it up means the same time hing in that agl are not making enough money or attracting enough business still.amd that then means funding issues in the not to distant future .

Only thing I can see possibly saving them would be a cash upfront deal but I doubt AN wants to do that and set a lower price point going forward .

Any deal now will see most of the revenues fall into next year as has happened before so yes I think it's almost certain the numbers era will be poor . That will see the SP crash again imo and why I'm waiting to see the next news before deciding to get back in or just move on .

If you look at the numbers and potential short fall in revenues ,cash position etc and burn rate it's touch and go wether they will get results signed off imo

He's not the only one expecting bad news in the form of a revenue warning . There are many people expecting this and the question is will there be some news to try and counter the bad news . The SP continues to fall well below the recent placing and no news since then isn't a great sign at a time the business is supposed to be taking off .

Not long to wait before we see who is right . I'm guessing 6-8p on a profit warning here ,others are predicting a rise above 25p ,we will see

Porky you really need to do more research and look at the numbers . They had 1.8m in revenues and 2. in pending business . Take a look at the turner pope note ..

They are also working with a number of other big companies one of them being astra zeneca and anyone one of these could lead to double digits millions in revenue . ,saying as they are funded for 2 years their chances of securing one such deal at least looks promising ..

Maybe you should invest in a pension fund something safe but borimg as you clearly have no idea about risk v reward and deducing a reasonable bet .

No doubt there is a seller around along with some poor traders but Rene Ber last time.this happened the SP went from 1.6p to 5p when the seller finished . No reason the it won't happen again and some news would be nicely timed . Be patient here

Perhaps they have gone months without news is because they have nothing to report and just because they haven't doesn't mean next news will be good news , in fact the lack of news tends to point to them missing their revenue target is even more likely as no new revenue st
