Cash as at 30 June 2024 was £5.0m. While we expect this to reduce towards the year end, no further funding is required.

30silver it's worrying you don't know the situation here. Read the rns's you will see they had 5m left at end of June.

I'm not doing your research for you but it does show me that there are too many investors who don't know what they are doing.

To think people invest in shares without even reading and knowing the basics.

They did similar in November and look where that ended up, with a 1p placing to bail them out

Why is the shareprice so low. Errrrr they just raised 2.83m at 0.2p so considerimg it's holding up well. The 1.4bn shares will mainly be held by institutions as 85% prior to the raise were. I expect the 200m warrants might be sold so some churn will take place but a lot less than many anticipate.

I don't really care wether you buy or not, TU don't seen to have a clue what your doing when it comes to investing.

What I will leave you with is 3m in the bank with a mkt cap of 4m. You don't just sign conpanies like Unilever and AZ amongst others if you don't have something they want. That is currently valued at 1m which is ridiculous when they are funded for 18 months plus and an increasing revenue stream.

Deluded. Reading your posts you are a novice. If those options were available why do most conpanies end up placing shares.

You are one to ignore that's for sure and what people need to look at here is 3m in cash 4m mkt cap. That's 1m EV value only and yet signing deals with Unilever and AZ. Soon be back to 1p ignore the trolls. Just be patient. Let things settle with the new shares then this will move

You sound like a past holder who lost money and is bitter, unable to adapt and change to the change in circumstances which is very common amongst pis. Events change and with them the outlook. Cash for 2 years, blue chip clients and a product they want.

Nakther of the, only wants to hear positives people then. I've watched ace for over 2 decades now, let's say the last 18 months haven't exactly been what many expected.

The company was very close to going bust, only saved by the 1p placing which they have spent half of already in 2 months...

If you like blind gambles then thats your choice just don't paint the picture of everything is going well when it's clearly not.

What rubbish I posted tou examples of other companies that have done the same. Apta are not in financial trouble they have cash for 18 months possibly longer depending on revenues.

I'm not sure what facts your taking about it just seems like your desperate to talk it down.

The EV value is so low here at 1m yet they are signing blue chip pharma clients which will likely lead to bigger deals. They also have an order book well underway to conclude and we have seen the deals they have signed recently.

The more important figure atm is scrap rate and that hadn't improved. 25% of what they are making is scrap and that is killing the business. They expected it to improve to around 83% by now but it hasn't. This will eat into the cash they have quite dramatically and changes all the forward looking statement s that they and zeus assumed.

This is on a knife edge. Basically they need to run without any issues for many months just to keep going and that is unlikely, given their history over the last 18 months or so. They have blown through 15m in cash in seven months and 3.5p capex on top of that just to get production to over 7m. Hardly looks like a good business and why it's sat at 1.7p.

I suspect they will. Come calling for more cash before end of year or around that time. That won't go down well at all imo

So your only allowed to be positive about conpanies. Maybe that's why your not doing very well with your investing.

All 3 have just had highly discounted and dillutove fund raises, which I might add I expected. Some have worse management than others but most are near all time lows so I don't get tour point.

This is about agl and again I don't see you posting any facts or information as to why anyone should be other than negative. If your going to post one liners and no facts don't bother.

Karl reading your posts it seems you don't have a clue about the company. Revenues are rising after rebuilding partnerships and with blue chip clients. 85% of existing shares are in the hands of institutions.

As for the amount of ahdres from the placing I suggest you look at the likes of Gdr Polx, sce who have all done similar fund raises recently and all trading at a premium as they are cashed up like apta is. The one that has moved the most is Gdr which had a low EV value after the raise again similar to apta.

Mkt cap 4.5m with cash 3m.

All this will take is some patience to clear any overhang of shares and the warrant shares but once clear this will Move.

Wether it drips to the placing price or stays slightly above it remains to be seen. I suspect it will settle around 0.22p . I for one will be buying a lot more at that level.

Laura I've followed agl for almost 2 decades now. I was never a member on this board until recently, that doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about.

You say my posts are negative, I suggest you look at the shateprice chart and explain what has been positive.

Give or take a miliion Ihabe them around 16m now which is a years burn at 1. 3m there could be an issue with going concern again if they miss revenue badly the accountants might question their figures and costs to sign off results as the cash position will have dropped further come September.

The impact of the revenue miss is the big unknown if and when it is announced and I know sandy has said there were other factors for the big drop last time but the overiidimg issue was basically it was a profits warning rns. I renmeber it well and that was by a mere 200k when you shook the figures downn.

Atm it's in the balance, perhaps news will come and lift the sp before they announce the profit warning to even things out but I don't believe for one second they will fins the required revenues to hit their 6.6m target and that's why I will wait to see.

Many longvtwrmwrs will hold no matter what and I get that, no point selling now but for me and at these levels every penny counts towards profits. If I miss out so be it but I think we might see single digits here on the news.

Hope I'm wrong but I've been right before several times with AGL. Plus always more options out there. Gl either way

Tjompi that was from 31sy Dec not June when they published results m they will have burnt through nearly 8m in 6 months.

I was positive here up until the fund raise that we were told wasn't happening. There are two reasons they did it. One was to avoid the going concern qualification in the results or to get it in before the revenue miss and maybe risk having to do it at a lower price.

Whichever it is we will see and there remains a risk that a going concern may raise its head again.

For now I'm happy to be put and see if I get the oppurtunity later on at a better price. If not so be it but it's not as one sided as some think here and balance is needed. Many will know this from the past..

I think you need to check your figures m they have about 16m of cash as of now and at 1.3m that is a years runway.

Given theyvare likely to kiss their revenue target that will affect their projections going forward and likely to need another raise next year in q1 imo

Wrong as the new shares aren't on the market yet. There will be 1. 9bn shares in issue at say 0. 3p gives a mkt cap of 5.7m with 3m of cash approx after the 29th

At 0.3p it's a mkt cap of 3m8m with 3m in cash. You can see why this now looks very cheap, very little value for the company circa 1m - 2m cashed up. No brainier.

9hiw do you justify a mkt cap of over 20pm with your statement. I'll be honest here's some justification why it won't be anywhere near that level.

Please provide some facts to back up how you think a company making such losses and has done for years warrants a valuation of 200m.

When AN told us they were in talks with 30 or so conpanies only to see those talks fall away to a point they had to admit they hadn't gone to plan.

Only game changing I'd they lead onto bigger deals and although AN is confident they will he has been very wrong before. I'm waiting on the first of those to see if another deal follows in October. The problem is if AZ were to pull the plug I doubt it would be announced so it's a game of chicken and egg.

Think we are looking at this from very opposing sides and viewpoints. Something that I have seen a lot on AGL over the years but the overriding fact is the sp is near all time lows and so far there is little evidence that things are improving. Sure plenty of words from AN bit as of yet little substance.

We will have to agree to disagree. I'll stay out until September results and see what has changed but I do think agl will be in single figures if tevevubes are missed as this also affects the cash position.

There is also the question of going concern again although I think they might escape it this time just it's not a for gone conclusion with the auditors and what caused them to raise funds recently.

Each to their own but I don't know mnay people who have done well out of agl so far, only those that sold on fda news but mnay bought back too soon after and lost those gains. Those that have stayed put are in the red in a big way.

Wethwr they can announce something before hand to lift the sp To soften the blow of revenues missing and where it ends up we will find out who is right soon enough
