To add new deals are likely to be small in size like the others and need to move onto the next phase before the value increases . That's what we are waiting to see with AZ come October when trh first phase will be done . Wether it translates into a bigger deal or not remains to be seen but that's what AN said would happen so we await that to see if it materialises .

Remember AN also said one or two deals this year ,I doubt that will be enough to push the SP north much at that point . The revenues need to increase a lot more to get anywhere near break even in 2026 as it's not that far away now

Don't get that if there is a high chance of them missing on revenue the impeding fall in so would be a far better entry point than now as it's likely to be around 8p if other warnings are anything to go off .

Many are making the mistake of thinking putting some food news in with the warning will stop the drop but the market will tend to focus on that and ignore the good news in most cases unless the news is huge .

Somehow I doubt that and think it would be better to issue sthe revenue miss on its own then soon after announce good news to help the SP recover from the warning ,but we will see how they do it . Last time good news didn't help btw .

I don't understand people saying now is a good time to buy when they know either funding is required and will be at a discount or when a warning is likely . Smacks of blind hope and desperation imo . Simply ignoring it's impact won't save the SP from falling .

Same think was said about Abbott years ago and that came to very little . In October we will find out if they will sign a follow on deal with agl worth 1-3m as AN suggested or not . Problem is we might never know or be told if they choose to end the trial there .

I'll stick to a revenue miss and profit warning next month and the SP dropping to around. 8p if that happens

Next update in September so we will see and as for doesn't exist did you not see the previous ones that do exist and saw the SP fall from 40p to 10p . You really are clueless ,maybe pick another hobby as investing isn't going to work for you

As pointed out below this has happened several times before in previous fund raises where big institutions have invested only to see the share price collapsed thereafter and then see them see their stakes down in annoyance. Your comment is naive at beat and history shows it has nothing to do with what they know but are being fed by the company which turns out to be disappointing or fails to materialise going forward .

Not long now before we get an update with many pinning their hopes on some deal being announced to offset the profits warning but again I doubt any such deal will manage to offset another revenue miss ,but that my opinion based mon what happened last time here and what has been happening elsewhere on such news .

Agl has the ability to surprise positively now and then but it's usually short lived and this time I'm expecting bad news first as trying to offset it with good news tends not to work .l

We shall soon see what happens ,no point arguing about it now ,as always some will win and some.lose .

The big part of your comment is when agl achieve profit . Let's see what revenues are this time and then how much longer it will take to see a profit m for me it's still several years away at least which will mean yet more dillution .

I never understand people who invest in a share when their is likely bad news coming soon after and there is a chance to buy in cheaper . Had the same arguments on sce,apta,polx recently and they all crashed .

Agl may well come good at some point but getting in as low as possible is vital to generate profits . I doubt there are many investors sat on profits here ATM .

Your In a minority then as most are expecting a fall below 10p on the profits warning first . Seems you got In a bit soon and sounding a bit desperate tbh

Are you missing the words profit warning here ?.unless you know someway they can get almost £4m in revenues whilst announcing no new deals that's what's coming so if like to know why you think this is the bottom given most companies drop 50% on such warnings .

I don't see any support at 13p tbh and I suspect the closer we get to September without deals the more likely this is to drop as the revenue warning seems self fulfilling ATM . Having seen numerous profit warnings the SP is likely to see a big fall and that is why I gave remained out for now .

There is always the chance of a super deal with agl but in reality it's proved elusive to say he least and I see little evidence of such a deal coming that will save them from a profit warning or the impending sp fall .

If this falls to 7-8p I will buy a few as there is usually a spike to sell into but the management here have been overly optimistic for years

EC you find everything confusing tbh . The impeding profit warning is starting to drag on the SP and I doubt there is much AGL can do about it . There is only the possibility of iillumia deal that could prevent the SP tanking on the warning . There is a slim chance they can hit target but sales would have to have taken off which there was little evidence of earlier this year . Going off the standard for a profit warning 7-8p looks possible here .

Can it be avoided ,of course it can but how and how likely is that ,the odds look pretty bad imo

We have seen people like this posting on advfn over the years ,reportedly communicating with the BOD yet the share price collapsed from over 20p to 1p . These seem to be members of the same group now coming out sounding all professional and contacting the company but in reality have no kotr of a clue than anyone else .

The comments are vague and just repeating what we know but are not commenting on the issues they face and severity of them . Certainly sounds like some are pumping this wether that's to offload before more bad news or simply gambling things may turn better .

The next big news will be next month and the trading update . For me the only two figures that are of interest will be the yield and cash position . If yield isn't over 80% and the cash position is not above 4m then it's safe to say that there are still issues with production and they will require more cash soon and wipe out existing holders .

From here it's a complete gamble I'd say 40/60 on which way this will go for me . The fact bundred is still there is a major concern for me and why I won't invest .

As I said watch the cash position next month this will show wether things have improved or they are still struggling .

Having blown through almost 15m in 8 months ontop of money from sales and 3.5 m in capex it's that cash figure that will tell the story .

Watch the trades there has been someone selling the last few days that's why volumes have increased . Some shares will be sold to recoup money invested .

He also said expect to sign one maybe two before end of year . Makes hitting revenue target look virtually impossible from here . I think many are hoping not doesn't have a massive impact but I think it will maybe sub 10p even if accompanied with some news unless it's a massive deal which seems unlikely .

Still waiting to see what happened with the first AZ deal that should turn in a million plus contract of an issue to be believed in short order ,that's should be die end of October as ,6 months will be up then from when it was announced .

Even some of the bullish posters are expecting the profit warning,I expect a quite big drop on that as it's not good news . ,40-50% maybe

There are 200m in warrants that are very likely to get sold and that looks to be happening along with any other shares that get sold off from participants in the placing . There will be a few months of churn before things settle and I suspect the SP getting very close to the 0.2p placing price in coming days and weeks . There are now 1.9bn shares in issue in a pretty illiquid share so expect it to take some time to clear the overhang before this will move .

Patience is required here iit won't do much for a while but when it does move it will be quick

i see the two i mentioned are working hard on a sunday . john usually trades that's fair enough but gloria you really have a bee up your **** so i reckon you lost a packet on gdr on the way down and now are just bitter and twisted that those who waited are now making money .

money in the bank for around 18 months depending how dales improve . plus for me the biggest chance is for a takeover which has a decent chance of happening . the backing from nice and devote will see this rolled out reasonably quickly too .

ignore the ones with alterior motives or sour grapes and wait for news imo

Gloria your assumptions are amateurish you make no allowance for increased revenue and reduction in cash burn .

Thompi I made an assumption based on the facts see adws post . Obviously you are unable to do it for yourself ,maybe stick to doing something else other than investing if you can't read between the lines .

I have had years of sensible debate with the bull crew on agl ,maybe ask them how they justify an sp near all time lows after years of ramping

Joey you need to wake up mate. Mkt cap is 17m with 6 m in the bank and 2 world class tests . Not of which are going to be rolled out by the NHS as well as sales abroad .

Your missing the picture here but that happens with old ex holders and those with little experience in biotech companies . They are heading for big sales and revenue increases here and that all pojnts to a growing and valuable company .

There are thousands of biotechs out there with no revenue and not even a developed product that are worth huge multiples of what gdr is . Why do you think that is ?

Patience is all that is needed here and let the sales come in as the team roll out the product . Gdr will be bought within a year imo and for a lot more than 20m

Ant ,totally agree I was airing on the side of caution though ,they have 1 years cash if they do nothing or deliver nothing from here . That will change as more contracts come in and extend the runway even further and that will see the sp rise as they will fast approach break even . Bare in mind that with the reduced costs that target of break even is make a.lot easier as the losses are lower . So with each new deal the SP should rise steadily . They have several opportunities to expand existing contracts to more valuable ones with proctor and AZ .

Easy money for those with a bit of patience here . With an EV value of just 1m and with 2.9 m in the bank there is a lot of scope for a big rise here .

A lot of investors are poised on the sidelines waiting for the new shares to hit the market and hopefully bring the price down to the 0.2p level at will point they will be buying in numbers imo

Thompi did you see the revenue earlier this year and given most of that was from pharma services and contracts I think dales of kits were minimal . I had even emailed the company asking would we see what the sales would be and the reply said it would be in those results . For them to then not clearly define it was again disappointing .

Roll on the profits warning because I do not see any way they can hit their 6.6m target even after numerous comments from the company they were confident in doing so .

Revenue was 1.2m for the period which says not a lot of kits were sold imo . Asking for evidence of something not in the public domain is stupid but but two and two together will you .
