That I do remember. I mentioned it earlier. I'm sure it was rns'd but I couldn't find it. From memory it was options to be exercised at around 0.2 ish.

Not twisting anything. That's what you said. If he did say that some time ago, we would have been told if it had actually come to pass. It would still amount to buying them, so would be rns'd.

Yuri. Perhaps you could point us to where it says he was being paid in shares. Pretty sure we would have remembered that. It would have been rns'd.

What are you on about Yuri? A sad story on how much I've made over the years? Yes I have been pessimistic a lot of the time, which turned out to be justified almost all of the time. Against all expectations I got out in April 2021 with a small profit. When it dropped into the low 0.2's I thought it was undervalued and got back in. That obviously was wrong. I now have an average of 0.19, or 0.13 if I take my previous profit into account. I am still quite optimistic that there is a decent chance of getting out with a nice profit. Atb.

Yuri, I don't think for one moment he will fly back and say nothing. I think the most likely result is a general statement about talks going well and several parties being keen. Let's wait and see. Atb.

I think that's probably true in a lot of cases Zag. However in other cases where there is a lot of uncertainty, it does demonstrate optimism. Roland has stated his ambition to make this a much bigger company. Buying some shares would underline that belief.

VF. The point is that the options are a no risk bet. I think we would all be rightly annoyed if they had awarded themselves a cash bonus.
To put it the other way round, imagine if there had been an rns saying Roland and /or other directors had bought a few tens of millions of shares. I am sure you would have been the first to, quite rightly, say wow, that really demonstrates faith in the future. Atb.

That's the whole point VF. They haven't done that and have had plenty of opportunity. They did award themselves some options, to be exercised at a much higher price than the current. That is a free bet and means nothing.

Vf. There have been plenty of quiet periods when nothing has been happening. Most of the time in fact. By that reasoning, no director would ever be able to buy shares.

That may well be true at the moment. However, Roland has been here for nearly 20 months. Plenty of time to put his money in, and demonstrate a bit of faith in the company.
