One would assume Roland is meeting a DGH official in the hope of avoiding what happened last time when it took 10 months to get approval for the transfer of gspc's share to Oilex. That was to approve a company that had been the project operator for many years!

You have previously said in an email exchange that you were hoping the buy in cost for a farmee would be a " carry" for the cost of the two new wells. In the December shareholder presentation it says that the well cost is est 10 million usd. The question that has been raised on the bulletin board is this per well or the total for two wells?

Hi Conger. I had a figure in mind from years ago og about 10 million usd per well. You'd think that would be more now. However, they said something somewhere about more than one well from one platform, so maybe that brings it down again.
Just had another look at the December presentation, where it says well cost 10 million usd. Not clear if that's per well. If so it would tie in with my thoughts above. Could ask Roland, but guess he's pretty busy at the moment.

Like I say, I hope you are right. Obviously they are aware of the situation. We, and anyone who can read an rns or Tweet are aware of the situation. Still doesn't mean they will sign until they see the solution in action and how it affects the flow rates.
Agree it's ultimately a problem that's probably not going to be that difficult to solve. Which makes it all the more annoying that they didn't prepare for it in advance of the refrac.

Love to think you are right Yuri but personally I don't think there will be a done deal while Roland is away. I can't see anyone signing on the bottom line until the solution to the condensate problem is seen to be solved and how expensive that solution is. That is still probably at least a month or two away.
As for a buy in lump sum, Roland has said he hopes for a carry for the first two wells for an up to 50 % share.
