Yes, I almost posted something similar. They could be deliberately dragging their heels hoping Roland will accept a worse deal. However, there comes a point where he just needs to get it done.

One thing that rankles is that he dismissed the idea that the jv was waiting for flow rates but didn't really give a reason why it was taking so long. As long ago as an rns on 27th February the impression was given that it was nearly over the line.

Roland certainly sounded confident which was encouraging at the time and even after a second listen. Then again, he was confident six months ago, he was confident a year ago. Part of me really wants to top up, but there's a small voice in my ear urging caution. A real dilemma.

Like I said however they do the raise, they couldn't possibly raise £8 million by raising.

As you said Roland did look confident so let's hope for the best.

Except even if they got it to 0.12 they couldn't possibly raise £5 million at 0.10p. That would mean another 5 billion shares, a 50% increase. That would drop the price back to around 0.08. With a discount let's say 0.07. So that 5 billion shares would only raise £3.5 million. Oh, and to drill one well, they need £8 miilion.

I don't believe it's possible to get enough to drill by raising so Roland must have something else in mind. Don't really think it will come to that.

Anyone have any thoughts on what Roland's Plan B for finance could be?
