Very strange, the way they come up with random targets.

Before they did the refrac they set a target for the two zones of 2 mmscfd. Then at s Q & A in April last year they said 0.5 to 1.0 mmscfd.

In last December*s presentation they said 0.5 with artificial lift. This mysteriously changed to 1 mmscfd in the August presentation. Random number generator anyone?

Yes, ridiculous to agree to connect the old zones at this stage. Said that, when they first announced it. It was always the intention to reconnect at some stage but only after the pump had proved itself on the refrac zones. Hard to believe they couldn't have persuaded the DGH if they'd tried harder.

Let's hope so Sausage. The flow rate actually went down from a peak of 350,000 SCFD mentioned by Roland in the meeting to 150,000 SCFD in the latest rns. Hopefully the final rate will be at least 500,000 SFCFD. Can they achieve the target of 1 mmscfd ? About time for some jv news.

I can't see the problem because you never really explained what the problem was. We both criticised the management but why in your eyes my criticism was unacceptable is beyond me. Perhaps you don't think it important that they previously massively overstated potential profits.

I agree about the current management. They arrived with a great fanfare and reputation. Haven't seen any great sign of it but it can still come good.

As for the rest of it I genuinely couldn't see what the problem was in August and still can't now. I criticised the management then for the grossly misleading profit estimate in the previous presentation. You now feel free to criticise them over their current performance . What's the difference? IMO both were/are justified.

One really baffling thing was when you accused me of costing investors thousands which was absolute nonsense. The SP didn't move at all when I was posting my comments. It has of course dropped considerably since with delay after delay.

Obviously, we are never going to agree about this but I really was confused at the time by what I regarded as an uncharacteristic outburst on your part.

You may have liked them in some posts. My point was that since your attack on me in August for commenting on the future profit downgrade you have posted several highly critical comments of the SMT, all of which I pretty much agreed with.

I simply don't get the double standards.

Conger, agree with your comments,but it's interesting that you are now quite happy to criticise the SMT, whereas when I did so in August, regarding the massive downgrading of potential profits you launched a quite aggressive tirade, accusing be of costing people thousands. Genuinely baffled.

News on the jv is the most important thing.

Take your point NS. Yes the column is a "plug" of sorts but it is still allowing some gas through. No way of knowing what the flow will if they get rid of it all.

A mixed bag. Good news that the column and water production are declining. Even better if it saves the cost of plugging.

Not so good that it's taking forever. Over 5 weeks to get this far. Also gas production is still the same as before the pump. It could still dramatically increase if they get rid of the last of the water?
