Roland said in the Q&A after the Investor meet presentation that he expected GOI approval of the transfer of an interest to the new jv to take 3 to 6 months. He also said this was a formality and development activities could start as soon as the jv is signed.

The cash element of the agreement won't be paid until GOI approval.

The truth is nobody knows. He's working on the definitive documents. That could all fall into place next week or it could take much longer. Here's hoping for a quick result. Gla.

I suppose it's not impossible the jv could be signed on this visit but all they have said is working on definitive documents.

Hopefully, news of the jv terms will push us above 0.14, then the warrants would raise around £1.9 million which would definitely tide us over until the lump sum came in.

SS. You were not the only one. Long before you were first here I, and others, suggested that such a payment might stave off the need for further raises in the interval between agreement and revenue from new wells. Of course we now know the cash won't be forthcoming until government approval.

Anyway, anything is possible from a nominal few hundred grand to who knows ? Personally I can't see it being as much as say 10 millions.

Very hard to say. I think even, say 2 million woukd be great. Any more would be a huge bonus.

The total historical Cambay losses are around $125 million.

Whatever they are they can't possibly be normal buys or sells. They are below even the sell price. Also trades of that size would produce a massive rise or fall. Thought they might be something to do with the convertible loan but the exercise price for the conversion is 0.08p.
