Sausage. I think you just made my point for me, that charting cannot predict events and is therefore utterly pointless. The charts have no way of knowing how good the jv will be. Of course if there's a leak they may react to that.

I always, thought the whole point of charts, nonsensical as it seems to me, is that they have nothing to do with actual events and are based entirely on previous sp movement, over various time scales. Of course if a jv is signed the chart will move but that will be predicting after the event.

Not exactly encouraging prediction.

In the time I have been here there have been many weeks nominated as the most important.

Amongst those that come to mind are the court case in 2019 when it looked like Oilex might be awarded gspc's share of Cambay for nothing.

Then later that year after gspc put their share on the market and we were told they had found a preferred buyer.

Then their was just before the refrac in mid 2022 which we were told would change everything and multibag on the results.

When Roland went to India in February 2023, apparently there was no way he wasn't coming back without a jv agreed in principle.

No doubt there are many other examples, including from before my time.

Of course none of the above precludes the possibility that finally " This time it's different ".

Fair enough NS. However, no potential jv will have much relevant experience in this particular method of gas extraction in the Cambay geology.

The extraction will be carried out using the improved methodology developed for Syn by Schlumberger and Baker Hughes and successfully applied in the refrac.

Don't really care who it is, as long as it's a good deal.
