If all of the proposed shares were issued, which is hopefully unlikely, it amounts to a dilution of about 20%. It is now down about 16% over yesterday and today. So roughly in line. That said, I agree, it does seem madness when there are only a few days to a potentially game changing rns. Gla.

Jack. I very much doubt that. They have never mentioned other projects. This potential raising, hopefully they won't need it all, will be to tide them over until jv cash, production revenue comes in.

Yes, they may not raise for months but they definitely expect to which is why the market has reacted.

I'm afraid the fact that they rushed through getting the authorisation at next month's meeting may mean it's not that far away. Obviously not anticipating getting the jv cash anytime soon.

Yes, I take your point Conger. However, in spite of a company having the value of the cash, share prices always seem to drop roughly in proportion to the dilution. Guess it depends what they do with the cash. Thought they might have to at some point but not so soon.

Agree about the warrants and convertible loan. Potentially a lot more shares.

Unfortunately, anyone who thinks that it is a buying opportunity when a share price drops due to a raising ( or potential raising ) is kidding themselves. It's simple maths.

For example. Suppose a raising gives a dilution of 10 %. The sp drops by 10%, so for a given amount you get 10% more shares for your money. However each share is 10% less as a fraction of those in existence. For a given amount you will be buying the same % of the company. So you are back where you started. It's neither better or worse value.

20 million at an average of 0.135. Or put another way 10 million from 2021 at 0.188 and another 10 million recently at 0.081. Hopefully that second tranche at least will soon be in profit.
