The board seem to be well switched on and connected, so it wouldn't surprise me if Staffline are involved. Good news for us all if they are !

Yip...PR appears to be just an investor by providing an initial helping hand. PR may have known that BRH were cashing-in thus got in first selling at a higher price (2.9). albeit, PR having interests in multiple other companies and cashing in at this stage suggests he has done his bit thus no loyalty . So no panic for RMS , as this is just business deal for guys like him.

4) My Comments: This chap (PR) has cashed in on his small investment, so him selling means nothing. He appears to have no loyalty as his profile suggests that he has his hands in many pies. Just an investor under the disguise of a Non Exec cashing in and then doing other stuff. He has done his bit getting REM to this stage, an opportunist I guess. Dr Cave is the real star here and we will benefit from his hard work. :-) So I would not panic from him selling.

TRP issue payment in shares to this "exploration" company quite frequently........Last year before the duster was announced, I watched on ADVFN to see if any trades were done that were similar to the holdings of that company.......and about 2 weeks before the news....bingo.... 2 trades were done that were exactly the same amount as their holdings announcement. ( ie a specific number of shares) I could not publish that info at the time because i have no way to prove it was them or someone else playing tricks....but its such a coincidence that the same "explorer" is mixed up in this P&D somehow.......make your own mind up on this.

Seems that way...I think some posts mentioned between 4-5p return so not a bad for them if pii's are tempted to sell for 2p...so i would hold imo

Regarding the Group's emphasis on export business growth, it has had detailed discussions with prominent global retail stores in Europe regarding jointly developing and selling all types of household and commercial lighting lamp bulbs to consumers. The Group expects to increase production in this segment significantly in 2014

Stubbsy.....You might of thought before the RNS it was........however IMO they have proved growth, sales and profitability up to late13/early this year which now appears to be hit by cashflow issues at home...non payers :-) But on the positive side they are reducing there manufacturing opex by consolidation....and looking for new international markets which makes perfect sense....so if they get the international sales strategy right to compensate for the Chinese down turn recently..then this is a blip and a long term hold for me. Not ideal today and not the worst news so i'll wait until they reverse the situation....talk soon

Who would be in their right mind to sell right now? ..... when history told us it reached 26p before......and .with a 5M contract in the bag.... and being in profit the last 2 years before it listed........I think its one of the hotter shares to back right now.........

I agree......they have been ticking along nicely in profit thus any new contract wins will be a bonus ....and i'm also looking to see what I can sell so that I can top up here...gl
