If you care to look at the history of this company, Cameroon has been going on for 8 years with £££ millions taken in the process. Where do you think his 80K has come from? He is sitting in his posh office in London having a laugh because he has managed to get more money for nothing.

This is once again another placing to fund JA expensive lifestyle. £M's have gone missing during the last few years on the promise of a Rig Contract or something else. Its all made up.

The next RNS will be for more money because they have found oil on the moon ! . TRP hold no licences for Namibia or Cameroon and JA is having a laugh at your expense. Cameroon expired in May 2023 and Namibia expired in Nov 2023.

In 2023 they have spent over £3M on what ?? Its a complete con.

Any thoughts on the licences ? Cameroon expired in May and Namibia I believe expired in Nov?

Its pointless talking about Cameroon etc and the future of this company. Its simply a money making scheme for JA.

10's of Millions taken from him which has "disappeared". Nothing to show. No licence ether and to tell us the PM of Cameroon wrote to him a few months back is really taking the p out of us.

I don't understand why regulators have not picked up on this, however looking at how the accounts are constructed and where the non-current assets and liabilities sit, its a very clever scheme that is difficult to properly audit.

Also the manipulation of buys recently seen is probably something JA is doing to keep the SP up so the confetti can be sold. (instead of returning the money directly to EECP) . They cant sell if nobody is buying so he has stepped in via a third party of course. Then what will happen, is that more bull will be announced at some point so he can then sell them himself. All speculation but I suspect this is happening.

Kever - To conclude ........and thinking about how this would work when JA charges for his services .....

Gets up in the morning with his Pegasus hat on. He then calls the CEO of TRP (himself) giving advice on TRP activities and then sends an invoice for his services. In the afternoon he then puts his TRP hat on and does something with the advice and pays the invoice. Sometimes he doesn't agree with the advice sticks his Pegasus hat on and ends up arguing with himself. In 2022 this "services" cost 381K. That's how barmy this company is ....it will never recover 1 jar of oil.

Kever - Bods don't do anything for nothing. (ie just being payed by warrants ). JA also charges TRP a fee for his services every year via his other company Pegasus.

In 2022 it was $381K so read between the lines on this whole TRP thing. Cameroon has been going on for years with nothing to show. Why do you think it will change now with an estimated 100K only left in the bank according to the SP Angel report ?

A consolidation was done in 2016 after numerous £M placings,........,since then its tanked even more due to the annual placings.... .. If you invested £1000 in TRP 10 years ago, it would be worth less that £2 now. Going forward this needs to stop.

No idea...but SP Angels report estimates another £3m placing in 24, and as they have run out of money somehow again,.....I would say a placing is imminent.........just calling this out on their own report

I understand that , but 10's of millions spent on "exploration and appraisal" over many years ...........this is the extreme !

I'm sure they will feed the market with more BS to raise more cash. Its a historic practice.......

Page 15 , Cash Flow account.....and with a historic burn rate = the £M of equity raised each year .....another fund raise is around the corner.

Its good to see that after many years of equity raises ...in the 10's of millions... there are still people flying the flag for TRP.

They have run out of money again ( 100k left) , according to the SP Angel report ,and despite £M of more equity raises this year, nothing to show again.

SP Angels also states: "We also appreciate that while the running room provided by the exploration portfolio is an important element for an incoming farminee, they are unlikely to give any more

than token value for the estimated prospective resources at this stage" .

More dilution to come...and then more....and more....and spent on what ?

I appreciate your input, but its concerning that in 2022, ~3.7M was raised and at the end of 2022 only ~200K was left in the bank.

Also, during first 6 month of 2023 , ~ £2.5M was raised , and at the end of the period (June) just under £1M is left in the bank which includes the previous year 200K . Its quite a burn rate at over £1M/ 6 months, thus if historical figures are correct the money has already run out.

I'm not sure where this money is going, as on the books a fair chunk states exploration activities . As the SP is less that half a percent from an all time high, investors are feeling a little bit mugged. (including me). I know that exploration and drilling has a cost, however this situation just keeps dragging on with no real positive news, costing millions in the process.

August 22 a placing that mentioned it was also for the Rig ..... Jan 23 another placing mentioning the Rig....May 23 another placing mentioning the Rig .......£5m approx in total and no sign of a Rig. what's next ?

£14m approx raised in 3 years ........with nothing to show....and Xmas presents to buy....what do you think ?

Lesson for us all....how do you live without doing anything but BS? Pretend you have discovered a big oilfield and go down the AIM way. Its criminal !

The get additional shares that cover Conversion Payment amounts (and related accrued interest) ...so it don't matter a bean to them as long as they get them sold.....and the PI's keep buying. That's why their is a lot of paid rampers on here

Nothing new...I so think this is going nowhere now. The BH's cashing in daily to get out and loads more to come as it heads to 1p or below. A JV carrot hanging and production not really going north....its a bit of a mess.
