I noticed ShoreCan is excluded from the proceedings and AM is still a director. A lot of money was directed into that venture so why is it excluded

It appears that they converted the existing share after skimming off the deferred shares. Thus it was not a 6:1 conversion

By doing so they stole approx 300K worth of shares from PI's. The conversion ratio should have been 500% ( not 420%)

Just looking into this share to see if its just another money pit. I notice they raised $15M since last March . (three placings)

Assuming Admin/Salary to be minimal as they declared in a annual reports they would take a percentage as share based payments, it seems to be a very expensive onshore drill. Maybe I'm wrong.... Does anyone know the average cost to drill a well onshore these days ? I want to determine if the money is actually going on a drill rather than lining the bods pockets which happens a lot on AIM.

It should have been at least 0.37. Previous close was 0.0625 and open 0.325 which is below what was agreed

The proposal is to reduce the number of Existing Ordinary Shares by a factor of 6 whilst retaining the same par value (0.1p). This will be done by converting the 5,571,644,142 Existing Ordinary Shares into 928,607,357 New Ordinary Shares and 515,892,976 New Deferred Shares. The New Deferred Shares would rank pari passu with the Company's Existing Deferred Shares and would have no economic value so that each New Ordinary Share, in principle, has exactly 6 times the value of each Existing Ordinary Share.

Yesterday , the close was 0.0625. So WTF is going on if its saying 0.325. ? I thought consolidation was 6x = 0.37 at least ?

And the BOD even awarded themselves a Bonus.....lol ! Good technology but they tried to run before they could walk

The recent RNS confirmed the assets were not sufficient to cover the debt of $130M :-( , .......however we were all led to believe from AM that COPL had a billion barrel discovery and a further total of 2P Reserves of 32M Barrels that would attract a RBL. So lets assume that the total debts are $130M from the loans signed by AM/TR ( total liabilities to pay back over the term ) Is the BOD now saying that loan deals were signed on assets that would not cover of the overall debt.

If they are saying that then this CONFIRMS that we were all lied too as we invested into COPL for a billion barrel oil discovery + $400M+ of oil reserves.

I'm confused by this whole thing TBH. The mine is not producing as expected thus I don't think its a going concern?. Its just costing far too much and revenue is low. Why do they still want to throw money at it ? ( albeit shareholders money) . However the mine employs 300 + thus a disaster for the families who rely on it. Do you think this exercise to clear the debt will be followed by a sale of the mine ? I honestly cannot work out why the mine is not producing to the targets they planned . Does it need some super duper digging machine as its well below targets. I also notice they are still possibly looking to create an IPO for the blueberry project so in theory are they coming up with an exit plan or cross funding arrangement ? Also I'm just not confident that the diamonds will be recovered as they have not verified if they are still in existence. They might be trying to recover something that is no longer there, thus has it been confirmed they actually still exist in the vault ? At least their is a prize if they could confirm that ? Note I do want this share to succeed however VAST need to be more transparent with what is actually going on. So many threads to this which could turn out good ..or not.

Who would buy the placing shares ? I'm confused as to who will buy £8.4M of shares given the current state of things and the history of dilution ? IMO they need 3 things to survive. 1) JV for the mine to help pay off debts 2) production to go up...3) Diamonds delivered. I would like to see the mine succeed as it has over 300 jobs at risk so why not share the risk somehow. ??
