Still not answered my question do you hold? Im not saying the history of this is great Im more interested in the future which is based on a new team. I almost doubled my money on the last EGM and have built up a nice holding as I can see real value being brought to the table with a new direction/asset. The old BOD were just interested in throwing money at oil plays which were boom or bust but also trying to do that while oil was on its arse. Nuts how they thought that was a good idea! You seem hung up on the past of the company but not on the future with the new bod. Do you realise there are new members on the board to move it in a new direction?

Happy or should I say not so happy! There are a number of share holders who have decided to support Ben/Gary view on supporting Adam so They have pledged their holdings to Ben/Gary with certain conditions. They have the authorisation from all on the TR1 to offer backing to Adam. If you want to join the group then email them and they will send you the terms that you need to sign up to. You can either sign them to support the group or you don't its as simple as that. Its no different to a single person sending in a TR1 when they cross the holding limits. In a nut shell Adam now has almost 10% of the company share holders supporting him when it comes to the EGM to move the company in a new direction.

Stop moaning and email the group their contact details are all there to be used. Why should they come to you if you want information/involvement do something about it. Jesus!

They are taking on new members Ben has stated on twitter he should have changed the comment at the bottom of the TR1. Commit your support and watch Adam work his magic change will happen

Yep they have I can say that with 100% certainty! Nothing sinister happening here just offering support for Adam if needed.

Maybe wibble. If they keep supply steady now which is what Im expecting after the next OPEC meeting then oil will recover to ~$50. US production in my mind is about to drop off a cliff. I was expecting it sooner but the wells will start to die and that will increase very fast. Also lots of companies going to the wall with large debts needing to be refinanced and banks running a mile.

Hence the group reforming we wont have many issues with the old BOD. The risk at this level I would see as low. You could look at it from the point of view either:- 1 - Adam brings in a RTO = Shares go up 2 - If oil is going up we have some interest in oil so will that be worth anything to someone? = Possibly/share maybe up 20m is a fair size you could look to join the group which would give even more power to Adam.

Happy, the NWOG group is in place to support Adam. They may or may not be needed but it gives a clear signal to the old board that they need to fall in line or head for the exit. Im expecting the old BOD to leave shortly. You have to keep in mind Adam said he had a 6month plan in December so we are still well within that time period. Accumulate now for the reward as I believe things will start to happen in the next month.

wouldn't trust anyone and don't get your hopes up to ever see any investment again. As ever us share holders are at the bottom of the feeding chain so we are unlikely to see anything ever again. BMD and the idiot Chris oil basically killed this company off as no NOMAD would touch us after BMD hid his dodgy past and more recently attacked the ex NOMAD of SER.

DW been working on this for much longer than 8 months that's just the time hes been at CEB. Time lines I still have Jan/Feb for things to start happening but it could well be sooner. We have a number of potential news events when this come back such as:- 1. Top board member which is friends with DW - This is someone well known and wouldn't normally go with such a small company from my take on things. Could be a very big win for the company. 2. min of 2 assets with 1000bpd 3. Potential gas/power plant plan 4. Slim chance of finance Real possibility a lot of this could come when we start trading which if so we should be looking at min£20/30mill MC so ~3p. Could be higher though.

AFPO up x 8 at least if we can get some deals with or from them what's the potential! Think 2p should be fairly easy with a low MC.

Not too much both share holders can do other than wait to see if someone had been a naughty boy! It'll be nice when it's concluded who ever wins so both companies can move forward.
