I was hoping for the ICO results in june/july but that's been delayed and in hindsight I should have sold as we have headed into the summer months which usually sees a decline in lots of shares on AIM as people go on holiday. The share price moves on very low volume and as people have got bored they have sold and slowly dragged the SP down. When momentum/news arrive volume will be back up to >80m and the SP will be back up to at least 0.5p short term. Seen this many times before wish I would learn to sell! lol

Arsenal, I have to say it surprises me why you haven't created a financial company/bank to lend money to companies. Your business model of offering loans and then calling them in when the company is not in any financial difficulties is just genius. I'm sure you would create a well respected business which would have them lining up at your door! PMSL

Think you will find that its your poor decision of an entry point rather than the company not having any news flow. The company has made investments in other companies and is waiting for updates from them. The company has given guidance that news will be due 2nd/3rd quarter but ultimately we are not the drivers on the news front as we don't run the companies we have invested in.
The company has put its investments in place and now you have to wait for the anticipated news with a guess at what it might be worth if all goes to plan. If you weren't willing to wait the year/months then why on earth did you invest! There are plenty of other companies on AIM to invest in with imminent news and they have control over their news flow.

Personally I'm on a loss with an average of ~0.3p but I can see a fair value of ~£10m assuming all the asset news starts to come in as I expect. Tie in momentum and AIM shenanigans then you could see this ~1p for a period. At the end of the day this is AIM so it could go to 10p or 0p you just never know. At this price though its a strong buy from me and Ill buy more when funds are available.

Not sure I fully agree with "no real progress on Crete" comment. I suspect they have potential investors/partners in the wings but they arent interested in investing in a campnay/asset when that company has millions of pounds of debt and a distraction from the Crete project. I suspect not long after the travel buisness is offloaded we will see a firm bid come in.
The tavel buisness was happily plodding along reducing the amount the company lost every year so by selling it we will be back to dilution unless there is a deal waiting. Doesnt make complete sense to me at this point of selling the travel buisness unless there is an investor for the Crete asset.

AIM is a fickle old place and as soon as news doesn't come as expected they start to leave. Tie this in with the summer months and its no surprise we have slipped back(although more than I was expecting).
I'm topping up as the current assets,debt, etc is ~£5m and with results due on lithium and ICO the MC of ~£3.5m is a joke.

Got a feeling this ICO is going to go well and then the ICO value could multiply in the next few months. Recon we are well placed for a potential multibagger.

Little nibble ~1.7m top up these levels wont be around for long. ICO and lithium results incoming.

I still think this is way under the radar and will be at least double the SP in the next two months. Sentiment is at an all time low but the investments look to have a high chance of a substantial rerate in value! Still accumulating at these prices.

Very true. I can see positive lithium results and ICO landing all at the same time in next month or two. ~�10m MC wouldn't surprise me. You can see the bashers are back using FCA action needed etc. FCA wont investigate the company because they didn't do anything wrong. The people who admitted the TR1 are the ones to investigate but at the end of the day we all know they wont. So give it a rest or just go and speak to the FCA rather than rattling on about it on a bulletin board which wont achieve anything(other than annoying us).

Heading towards the oversold position so I think we might go to ~90p before a recovery starts and move back to ~130p running up to September half year results.

Must have been working on that for few days to get that amount. Love to see more of the BOD buying down here that would really give confidence to the share before moving into a period of:- ICO - Worth >�2m Lithium - Same area as KOD - Drilling and results - Could add few million to SP IGS etc Got to be worth at least �10m short term and if the ICO goes well you could put multiples on our SP. This has had a right old bashing of late for multiple reasons but the investments are variied and have a high chance of returning multiples of what was invested. Also we dont need to invest anymore to develope these investments which is a smart move for an AIM company. Alot less risk. This is going to go big and fast in the next two months and if we have the ICO and lithium results come in this could well be >1.3p

More BOD buys would be nice to see and looking at whats coming up I dont see why we wont see more BOD buys potentially in next few days

Been loading up down here the price seems crazy. Sentiment was very poor and also being shorted down. New name, new BOD, lithium drill results in 2 months, ICO potentially worth >�2m(scope to be worth multiples short term) and more lithium later in year. This should be >1p in next two/three months with a potenital of ~3p if brandshield does well and lithium results are good.

Youngbull, I agree the Brandshield has the potential to rerate the SP and that doesn't include the lithium,cobolt, IGS, etc I like this company as they do have a number of investments rather than a sh*t or bust approach. Also like the fact we don't have to invest in all the drilling/development as we are just an investment vehicle. This all adds up to a less risky company in my eyes. The problem we have is the general market is poor and there has been some manipulation of late I feel which is putting off investors. Sooner we change the name and start to get the Brandshield and lithium results out I can see this being >�10m MC. This looks well under the radar and well over sold. This is going to rerate shortly is my feeling.

We are being hit by Trump trade war and end of year sellers is my guess. Next week we should see this pick up but at this price it looks a screaming buy! Wish I had more funds available as Id be buying more.

This share has been battered of late by poor communication and some suspect share dealing but I think at this SP we are definitely around the bottom. Personally I like this company as they have a wide range of investments and they aren't responsible for the development costs as such. Short term we have lithium drilling starting and I think the ICO brandshield will be a 100% on the SP. As ever its AIM so you have no idea what will happen but I think once the news starts coming and we change name sentiment will change and this will be >1p.

Short positions continuing to close and a run up to the final results which as indicated should be very good. Future is looking good and if you used the recent drop as a buying opportunity then well done. Sit back and relax.
