completely agree. i use $3 in the calcs because that is the typical average over the last 5-10 years. we are at the bottom in terms of prices right now. in trinidad these dips are short lived and we should be back to the $3 range by the end of the year. quiet steady over there because it is far too expensive to import it and most is used for industry.

And I haven’t tried to price in any higher value liquids which they have significant quantities for CasCadura.

They have said many times that new wells won’t add to opex. They have a fairly fixed operating cost model.

Simple rule is 1m cf/d is about $1m in revenue.

In a couple of months when Coho starts to produce gas - £10m revenue a year this will become a significant gas company. Then CasCadura and it is basically a gas company. Good time to change. So fortunate to get the results they did from both wells, but the market needs to understand this!

I think this is where PB needs to make a bit of noise about progress, however small the news bit is. Good news is needed more than ever. Yes the numbers will do the talking but shareholder sentiment needs a pick up. We need regular reassurance which will hopefully also keep the sharks away.
